Love this place! Dr. Isero is the only Chiropractor who’s been able to help me with my back pain. I come in whenever my scoliosis is giving me problems and he fixes me right away. I thought it was great that my first consultation included an x-​Ray and I love that they’re not pushy about continuing to make appointments.

Awsome place! The staff is friendly and courteous and Dr. Balch is really good. I recently also saw Dr. Stewart and he was excellent too! Would highly recommend this office. It is always easy to get an appointment.

Been here before for back pain. Got adjusted a few times and then my mom came for her knee. Dr Bauch is awesome. Patients and very effective in his treatment plan. He is honest and doesn’t ask you to come back over and over if it is not necessary.

I bought a groupon deal and tried out treatment for my frequent headache and lower back pain. After three sessions, I feel so much better. Now I know where to get my problems taken care of when they re-​occur. The office staffs were very friendly and easy to work with.

I am under the care of Dr. Balch whom ive seen in the past for excruciating headaches which have come back due to stress and other factors. To start off I chose Dr. Balch because he came highly recommended by friends and co workers. Prior to seeing Dr. BALCH, I had the misconception or fear that chiropractors crack bones which is incorrect as they are adjusting joints. Another fear is the difficulty to relax during these visits because we tend to automaticallly stiffen up, but because Dr. Balch has a calming, trustworthy sense to him I am able to relax and get the proper treatment /​adjustments done. Ihave to emphasize his excellent bed side manners as this an important key factor to receiving all the great benefits .As always, the staff is professional and courteous. As soon as I check in, I go directly to the exam room with in less than 5 minutes Dr. Balch starts treatment. I highly recommend seeing Dr Balch and going to this practice.

This office is great. Dr. Isero is highly skilled at chiropractic. I have been to a ton of chiropractors over the years and he is the best! He was even able to adjust my sprained ankle from a hiking injury and immediately I had more range of motion!

I have visited Dr. Jandial for about 3 months and have had great improvement regarding pain and function. Just moved to the area and am no stranger to chiropractics. Dr. Jandial is expert at his discipline, listens well, and has a very calm and caring manner. He’s a keeper and I always feel better at the end of every visit.

Found this place from Unilocal and the reviews are true. This place is AWESOME! I’ve been to many chiros all over the Bay Area for the last 14 years. I was torn about writing this review. If this place gets super busy then I won’t be able to get my preferred appointment. But they are AWESOME and I must share them!
What to love:
1. They are open 5 days and week and Saturdays by appointment. Too many places I’ve been to are frequently closed. Get a stiff neck and have to leave a voicemail and wait for someone to call you back to let you know they can fit you in in 4 days time. No thanks.
2. I’m being treated by Dr Balch. He has never adjusted me cold. Lie down… crack! It’s very hard of the body when they do that. Here they warm up the muscles with heat and stimulation treatment before an adjustment.
3. This is the secret. I really really don’t want to tell you! I’ve been going for 4 months now and only just found out… there is a massage therapist on Wed & Friday mornings! Today I got a heat treatment, followed by therapeutic massage (to soften me up cause my back was like stone) then the adjustment. Ahhhhhh. It was amazing.
If I start having trouble getting appointments on Wed’s and Fri’s…i’m taking this review down!!!
FYI you can also pair your adjustment with proper massage. I am lucky that my insurance covers chiro adjustments cause this crack habit of mine could get very costly.

About a year ago I met Dr. Jandial at a fair and somehow decided to tell him that I have scoliosis and as a result had a full spinal fusion when I was a teenager. I was quite apprehensive at first, but agreed to let him examine me, since he said that he sees others with the same condition. Through the treatments, Dr. Jandial has helped me feel better than I have in a really long time. I can move more easily and feel better about the way I look. I’m so glad that I decided to trust Dr. Jandial.

A great team and environment for chiropractic services and massage. I’ve been treated by Dr. Isero for over 2 years. He’s phenomenal and really listens to help relieve the pain. I highly recommend Alliance Chiropractic.

Being a tall gal, I’m always appreciative when the chiropractor is taller than me and Dr. Balch is. I know… it’s the simple things. On top of that, he’s fantastic at his job. I always feel better and stand straighter when I leave his office. I also greatly appreciate that he never pressures me to book another appointment right then and there. I find that going occasionally works for me and have been turned off by pushy, «sales-​y» chiros in the past. In addition, the offices is clean and tasteful. Kudos to Dr. Balch and all of Alliance Chiropractic.

This is the first and only place I’ve been for chiropractic work. I was first examined by Dr. Isero a couple years ago, and he’s been treating me ever since. From the initial evaluation, to the continuing adjustments, I’m always treated professionally just like my back and neck.
I’m one of the 30% or so who feels some discomfort for the day following the adjustment, but it almost always clears up. I have a few tricky spots where the pain tends to linger, but the hot towels and EStim treatment before adjustment loosen things up so that there is no problem getting things to move when the time comes.
They are great about making late appointments, and I’ve had no problems with them taking my insurance.

I was referred to Dr. Isero by my sister and brother in law. Sooner or later, my whole family will be coming here! I wanted to see a chiropractor because of my lower back pain. Dr. Isero was extremely helpful and kind. During my first visit, he examined my posture and took some x-​rays. My second visit involved a spinal adjustment. I felt instant relief after the adjustment. WOW! I definitely recommend this facility and Dr. Isero.

The experience I had with my former chiropractic was not a pleasant one. I was charged over $ 3000 for a whole treatment, and after half a year my neck pain did not get better. Doctor Balch was highly recommended by a family friend. My sister was the first to try and she loved him! She was also a former client of the chiropractic that charged me $ 3k so I know I could trust her opinions.
In the consultation, I already knew I went to the right place. Doctor Balch took his time to examine my neck and spine, and he did such a wonderful job adjusting my neck and back. One treatment with Doctor Balch was already better than ever. I didn’t feel pressured by the staff at all to buy any packages, but I did so anyways because it is a great deal. Btw, Cindy at the front desk is the sweetest girl ever!
My neck pain has gone away but I recently gotten into a car accident. Doctor Balch took care of my lower back pains, but I am still seeing him regularly to make sure everything is okay.
Steve also does great massages! Adjustments + massages are the best combo!

I’ve only had massage therapy here. Steve is magical. He detected a pretty subtle shoulder injury without me saying a word. After my massage, my back and shoulder felt a billion times better.
The clinic offers parking, but I’ve never found a spot in the lot. Make sure you give yourself time to park elsewhere.

The doctor was great and the people there were nice.
However, my back hurt tremendously after my visits. I know I signed something that 30% of people feel more pain after, but I didn’t think I’d be one of them.
Yesterday, I almost felt like I needed to go to the hospital because my back hurt that badly.
Sigh…I had high hopes but to no avail…

I see Dr. Jandial, and he is fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to those who are nervous about chiropractic. He has excellent bedside manner, and also takes the time to really explain everything he does regarding patient care. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond, and making an appointment is never difficult. The office is located in a very convenient spot too. He is honest and sincere, and will never push you to do something that isn’t right for your healing plan. His only concern is putting his patients on the correct path of rehabilitation, and that they are comfortable throughout the process. Solid 5 stars!

After years of carrying my backpack and purses on one shoulder, as well as pain in my neck, back and wrists from office jobs, I finally caved and visited a chiropractor for the first time. Luckily, I found Alliance on Unilocal and chose Dr. Jandial based on all the good reviews of his attitude and knowledge. I was very leery of chiropractic stuff but Jandial was pretty patient and honest with me about their theories and methods.
I’ve been coming once or twice a week for adjustments ($ 45) and muscle stimulation (an additional $ 10) for the past few months and have never felt better. The office staff is always welcoming, helpful, and smart. I hate coming to places where the office staff has an attitude — there’s no such thing here. They are also very community oriented! This past week they had a Toys for Tots event with free food, providing free services in exchange for a toy donation.
They’re located a few minutes away from the Millbrae Caltrain/​BART station as well.
Also, take advantage of their $ 40 for $ 77 Unilocal deal, as well as the $ 10 discount for every three Unilocal check-​ins.

I found Alliance Chiropractic at the Woman’s Expo (horrible waste of me time and money, save for meeting Dr Jandial)
This was my first chiropractic experience and adjustment. I suffer from chronic migraines. The day of my first appointment, I had a horrible migraine for days (no joke) It would not go away. Dr Jandial adjusted me, and my migraine was gone and I haven’t gotten one since! I felt INSTANT relief. I also really like the machine thingy they put on you for 15 minutes after the adjustment, it really feels like you just had a 1hr massage! He said I had pinched nerves in my neck that were triggering headaches.
This is amazing. So far, I have had three adjustments and I really feel a difference in my neck and back, as well as no more headaches! I am very happy to have met Dr Jandial. He is very calm and helps you relax. I live in San Francisco and its a drive fore me, but I will return for more adjustments in the future.

Ive tried Physical therapy for my chronic back pain — its good but not good enough for me.
I dont regret going to Dr Balch, at first i was like Whoaaa!, its like permissive wrestling w/​o inflicting pain of course .but the key to liking the therapy is just to let yourself go. stay as limp as u can be as he twists your neck, clicks ur back, twists ur entire body.
its good to read first about it so u will know what to expect. If u want deep thai massage, deep pressure and streeeetching like yoga — then this is the therapy for you. TENS usually before every treatment and at times, if the doctor recommends, an hour massage — and if u have insurance, u just have to pay for ur co payment. in my case $ 5. =)
Come in pain, leave twisted yet happy.
