They’re nice here so at least there’s that. But they had so much confusion over my nails. I asked for them just to file them down and for a Polish change. Granted they were acrylics and none of the people in there except for one lady knew how to handle them. So when she finally comes in she is just as confused and gives me a horrible manicure. Needless to say I probably won’t be going back. Not to mention this place is confusing to find anyways because when we were trying to look them up we called Trinity nails but their name is rosemary…

Holly does an incredible job — as do most of the folks there. Free-hand french painted manicures, with lovely neck and shoulder massages as a bonus. I go there regularly!

Worst nail salon experience of my entire life. I went with my cousin this weekend and we got a mani/pedi combo. the water was boiling hot and they told me I’d «get used to it». My cousin sat down for hers and the first thing the woman said to her was«you shouldn’t use powdered make-up when your skin is that bad». we we’re both shocked but then they continued the conversation asking her if she«puts medication on ‘that’» and asking her if she ever washes her face! It was so incredibly rude we were both just in shock. Then they started talking to each other so we couldn’t understand them but they were actually pointing and laughing at my boyfriend and at us.(if you’re going to speak another language to talk about someone, don’t make it so obvious!) not to mention that my nails look like they were painted by a five year old, the polish was all over my fingers, on they painted past my nail up over my cuticle and then down to my finger tip! The girl painting my cousin’s nails decided she didn’t like the color my cousin had picked so she got up and picked a new one for her! Worst service ever this place should not be in business and no one should ever make personal remarks about their customers!

I was getting my car serviced across the street so I thought I’d walk in and kill some time by getting a manicure. Friendly service, was helped right away. Nails look great. The thing that really sold it for me was that the women massaged my arms and hands during the manicure. I have had that when getting a spa pedicure but no place has ever done massage for a manicure, so I was very pleased. Only $ 12.

I have been going to Trinity nails for over a year now. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Unlike other nail salons, this one is tranquil and peaceful and you can actually relax while you are getting your nails done. Everyone there is friendly and professional and open to any feedback you may have. The place is always immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. When I make appointments, I find them waiting and ready for me when I walk in the door. I love this place!

My appointment was at 1pm, they sat me at a station and waited, waited and waited until 1.20pm. I had to remind them that I was here although I was the only customer in the store… My French tips were not done right and broke within 2 weeks(first time is ever happens to me). The gel was crappy and my nails looked horrible after a few days. Even if I am desperate for new nails, I will not go back.

today i decided to try a nail salon near my work out of convenience even though i just adore dolci beauty lounge in the city. that was a mistake. i called and they suggested i make an appointment instead of walking in. so i made a 2pm appointment. i got there a few minutes before 2 and the 3rd of 3 spa chairs was being filled by a new arrival. i then waited until 2:15 before i could finally get my pedicure that was scheduled for 2.(every minute of my lunch hour is precious!) the woman that helped me was very nice, but seemed to be learning. my feet were getting boiled by the water and she didn’t know how to turn down the temperature. she seemed very uncertain about her every move and hardly did anything with the pumice stone. on top of that she used a disposable emory board that had already been used on someone else’s toes. isn’t that a health violation? that will be the first & last time i «cheat» on dolci.
