Quick update to my earlier review. Our furniture was delivered today, on time, was exactly what we ordered and the delivery team was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Terra!

I have been purchasing patio and outside furniture from Terra for many years. I have always been pleased with both quality, value and service. I want to make a shout out to Wayne for his fast and appropriate manner in which he handled a return. I had an outside table that did wear well and when shown pictures and receipt, he immediately replaced the defective piece without hassle or issue. I was very impressed.

don’t you hate when you go to a furniture store and a salesman tails you like a smokey the whole time offering bad home decorating advice? well you won’t hate it here. they leave you alone and let you roam in peace. sit on everything, prop your feet up. go ahead, nobody is watching you. nobody is going to slither over and sell the crap out of you if they hear you praising a piece of furniture.
the showroom is not a room. it’s a patch of grass next to the freeway with lawn furniture strewn out all over. but it works. table, chair and couch arrangements are laid out sensibly for proper sampling (albeit a bit crowded). just use your imagination to drown out the sound of the 18-​wheelers swishing by on the 101 and imagine some twittering birds.
the merchandise is good quality and pretty high end (in ironic contrast to the yard sale setting). maybe not quite to the level of Restoration Hardware, but close. if you lied most people would probably believe you. synthetic wicker, sumbrella weather resistant cushions and all that.
they have some promotions on the major shopping holidays. worth coming in then to get some nice discounts. They were firm on price when I came in for a deep Labor Day discount, but I get the feeling there is room to haggle if you come at a non-​sale time.

When looking for outdoor furniture, I combed through all of the big — box stores and found little design inspiration. My husband and I were about to settle with a sofa set we didn’t like until we decided to give this place a try. Their Ventana line is beautifully crafted and has excellent lines, for far less than what you’d pay at Restoration Hardware. Their sales staff was professional, and when I called in with a last-​minute request (i.e. one hour before my delivery time), they were able to honor it and send a new coffee table over with my order, too. Very stoked!

As a small business owner, I am constantly after other businesses to provide me with decent customer service. It makes running my life and business so hard when most businesses fall short in this area. Sooooo frustrating. I may spend 50% of my day following up to get that refund promised to me 60 days ago. Ugh!
So when we received our trampoline from Terra patio mill valley the day after we bought it, on a Sunday no less I was amazed. On Tuesday we assembled it ourselves. Not too bad either.
The net didn’t fit around the trampoline tightly. We were frustrated but didn’t know what we could have done wrong. The next morning I went back with a picture of the trampoline ready to complain and demand help. I did not have to. Wayne calmly told me to email him the picture, which I did on the spot and he would have the warehouse contact me. He felt like I that we must have received the wrong net. No argueing, no issue. I left thinking this situation might actually get resolved without incident.
I was right. Within hours, a rep from Terra patio called and told me 2 guys were on their way with a new larger net and would install it. Wow, wow, wow. They came 30 minutes later, put it up and left.
I can’t say enough about this business.
I’m still shocked.

Highly recommend this place for quality outdoor teak or wicker. We purchased a couch and love seat and can tell it will last for many many years. Salesperson was easy to work with too. Thanks

As a Mill Valley resident I’d always driven by on the off-​ramp onto Shoreline and seen the «Sale» signs with all the furniture in the yard at Terra Patio and Garden. Frankly, I wondered whether it was like one of the always-​going-​out-​of-​business exotic rug stores that you think just must be a scam. NOT SO to my great surprise! The furniture is of great quality, the cushion covers are Sunbrella. I worked with Veni, who let me take two large deck chairs home to see how they’d match the décor. I offered a credit card and number as collateral, but he just took my name and address and worked on trust. I came back, bought the set (sofa, two large chairs, 2 ottomans, love seat and storage container). The delivered it on a Sunday – carrying it up stairs and putting it in place. Top notch. Veni emailed me afterward to follow-​up. Great price. Great service. Cool stuff.

Good quality outdoor furniture with sales people who actually know their products. They are definitely pricey and don’t have any competition in the area but you can negotiate a bit.

We had an issue w the quality of the wicker but the Owner took care of the problem under warranty which was extremely nice. He had a new set delivered the same day which was greatly appreciated!

I live in a very old condo building. The pool and hot tub just got remodeled and I went to Veni at Terra Teak and asked for a quote for new furniture for our home owners association. Veni went out of his way to find furniture that was used on various show room floors as display. Beautiful stuff but awesome prices. I hope our assoc. goes for it because he went out of his day to get a great deal on amazing and excellent quality teak lounge chairs and chairs. That place – Terra Teak and Garden Rocks! The bend over backward to please and they have great stuff!

I purchased a beautiful table, chairs and lounge chair from Elza today at terra teak and garden off of 101 in Mill Valley. Elza was fantastic, the prices were very reasonable, particularly for the quality and the service was impeccable. They bent over backwards to get furniture in my backyard the same day I bought it and it is incredible. I looked all over the bay area and on the internet and while they were not the lowest price, they were very competitive and the quality and value combination was unmatched. I will look forward to purchasing from them and recommending them to my friends.

Although we haven’t bought our teak table yet for the back garden, we will most likely buy it here. I liked the service and quality — and the prices is reasonable for the quality you get.
I went to several places in the area and this place came out ahead on price and quality.
The only thing I probably won’t buy here is the lounge chairs — a bit too expensive for our budget — we’ll probably get those at the wooden duck. See my other review.
