These guys will charge you more if you move your private items vs from consignment store in Danville ($ 110 vs $ 75) an hour. Plus extra if more people are needed. They do charge from the time they leave their base to the time they come back.
But, they were the only company who could move our super AICO heavy dresser with granit top. We had 4, I repeat, 4 moving companies trying to move the dresser before this folks, and the only results the other companies produced was damage to the floor. So Robin’s relocations were life savers for us. They are PROFFESIONALS we were looking for. And company is insured and bonded.

SCAMMERS. THEIFS.. I was given their number to pick items up from Danville Home Consignment. I had 2 items. They were both downstairs in an empty home. I had already moved out of. They were to charge Home Consignment for the move.
They bill from the time they leave the consignment store to the time they get back.
I live EXACTLY 4.4 miles from the store.
THEY CHARGED ME A TOTAL OF 1.5 hours of work !!!
After 3 calls. 1 email (with a map from Mapquest) they have not gotten back to me.
Excuse:
1. The drivers haven’t given me the reason it took so long
2. I can’t reach my manager
3. I’ll forward your email now.
NOTHING. But lies and excuses.
No money returned. No phone calls returned. Don’t use them. Because they are paid by a second party they THINK they can get away with it. Thank Gosh my husbands an attorney.

Robins Relocations delivered items to me from the Danville Home Consignment store. I work in the industry and encounter delivery crews all the time. I found the crew to be very professional and courteous. They seemed efficient and I was charged $ 75 for an hour to deliver multiple items that I had purchased. I did have to right the check out to the individual which I thought was a little strange (makes me wonder how they handle their taxes and income), but I suppose it is not my business to worry about, so it is all fine with me. I plan on using this service again for local deliveries, etc when the need arises!

I called and left a message with no response. I will remove this if management contacts me:
$ 75 an hour. Bought something from Home Consignment in Corte Madera. The guys come over and deliver said item. I also had them help move an armoire. This took 30 minutes, *MAYBE* 35. They were also taking a table back to Home Consignment for me.
They charged $ 150, and I had to write the check out to the guy, not the company.
I was charged $ 150 for 35 minutes of time. The excuse that it was because they had to take the table back to the store didn’t make sense, because that will still be under an hour.
What I would like is a company that charges the right rate for the time spent. Then, I would like to write a check to the company, and not some stranger’s name, where it felt like he was overcharging me, and embezzling from the company.
I left a happy, nice, apologetic voicemail talking about this, assuring myself I didn’t understand and was probably wrong. I was a nice guy on the phone. I never got a phone call back.
This is straight up unethical, it’s not right, and I want my money back, rather than a 1 star review. Management please contact me and we can totally get rid of this.

More like located in Danville/​San Ramon. Prompt. Reliable. Likeable. Robin has helped me out four times in the past three years. I highly recommend him.
