Mr. Rescue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning of Mill Valley

Terrible experience, I called this company since it was local and very close and asked if they fixed leaking faucets — was told yes. I was told they could not come until Monday 2−4PM, that was no problem. Then I was asked again what the problem was… leaking faucet. Then asked what city I was in, Mill Valley same as you, we’re really close. Again, asked what the issue was — still a leaking faucet — then asked where we lived — a bit of a twilight zone here but I kept with it.
Sunday got a call that they wanted to come now, but we were out of the house. Monday morning got a call from them at another number in the east bay and that they didn’t cover Mill Valley (oddly where their address and phone number are located) — what a mess this company is. Now we’re waiting another week to fix the leak — they were not too interested in how it affected us. Try anyone else, it couldn’t be worse.
