Molino Park is a small but tidy and well-kept neighborhood park in the hills above Mill Valley. There’s a nice and well-maintained play structure, and a set of 4 swings(2 kid, 2 infant) on a wood-chip surface. There are also a few picnic tables in the playground area. There’s also a sizable and flat(a luxury in the hills) grassy area and a small half-basketball court. The park has a nice southern exposure, so there’s plenty of sun in the winter, and it’s set off the main road enough that there isn’t much noise from cars passing by. There are some nice hiking trails leading off the park behind the homes. These are apparently part of a land trust, and seem to be open to the public. Nice way to see the area and avoid traffic at the same time.
