I love this place where I have been a client for more than 6 years, but witnessing the manager abuse a customer has made me very upset and thinking of reporting her to the health department. While getting my own regular manicure and pedicure a woman was next to me getting a pedicure. The technician was hurting the client and the client squirming in pain asked her to stop. However the manager was standing there telling the technician in Vietnamese to continue, even when the poor woman was screaming «stop stop you are hurting me». The client’s foot was injured and bleeding — how horrible for her. The manager never apologized to the woman, which rightly upset the client even more. On leaving, I quietly asked the manager to apologize and give the client some care.
I have been very upset and am considering reporting the salon for this awful incident.
If that poor woman is on any blood thinners, she might be seriously injured.

Not the best experience here. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Wasn’t the best, not going to lie. But when I went to pay, I told the woman I wanted to put the tip on my card for my sister’s manicure as well ($ 17 manicure). I totaled up 20% for my mani/​pedi and my sisters manicure and told the woman how much to put on my card in addition to the $ 63 for just my services (which is SUPER overpriced). She then asked «THIS MUCH?! FOR 3 PEOPLE?» (I guess referring to the fact that three separate women worked on us all together?) I got tip shamed for 20%! I guess the women in this area usually tip more. Super rude. Won’t be going back there again.

Great job on the manicure Holly – just the shape i asked for and the buff shine lasted longer than the 2 – 3 days that is typical. Pedicure from Bebe again the shape i asked for and lasted longer than most. Additionally, the foot/​leg massage Bebe gives is the best I’ve experienced – not a light stroking but serious muscles kneaded. More than the $ 20 mani pedis in SF, but great work for a very fair price – the nail technicians should make a fair wage for their hard work.

I walked in the door to find 3 unattentive employees with bags of laundry spread all Over the floor. The owner refused to serve me because I had my licensed service animal in tow. Not only terribly unprofessional and rude but not law abiding

Best nail place in Mill Valley! They ladies are friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I agree with some of the other reviewers that you pay a bit of a premium here (compared to prices in SF), but the quality is worth it because these manicures always seem to last days longer than those from other salons.

My mom and I wanted to try a new nail place and came across this one. The nail salon itself it looks super cute, but the service was horrible. The manager and nail techs were rude and unhelpful. My mom and I couldn’t even sit together. I had acrylics and wanted to get them off and get a regular manicure. The nail tech was so rough and I asked her to please be more gentle a few times, and she ignored me. She also kept poking me with the tools and her long nails. They also were really rough on my moms manicure and pedicure. She asked them to do a design with crystals, which she always does at other nail salons. They did it uneven, and when she brought it up they told her «it was because one toe was bigger than the other»… Which is not true. The place didn’t seem sanitary and the prices are pretty high. Would never go back or recommend to anyone.

I decided to check them out early on Super Bowl Sunday and was the first one in the chair for a mani pedi. What I liked: the copper bowl of warm water with lemon slices brought out fresh for my foot soak, the fact that they ripped open a new set of pedicure tools for my nail service, and the attention to detail. My nails were long overdue for a little TLC and they got what they needed. The woman who did my manicure, Tina, was friendly, and we talked a bit about her home country, Vietnam, and where to go in Marin for a good bowl of Phở. I didn’t talk with the woman who did my pedicure, but I can say she was meticulous. I’ll be back. For $ 40 + tip, it was well worth it.

made appointment for 5pm on Sunday — they close at 6pm. Woman rushed through whole pedicure and was extremely rough. I told her multiple times she was hurting me so she just skipped half of the steps. made a mistake on my big toe and tried to just cover it up with more polish — let me dry for a whole 4 minutes then kicked me out at 5:53pm. She was already to go but hung around waiting for her tip! when I got home saw that the polish was smudged. I keep giving them second chances, some are good and some are HORRIBLE! Totally not worth the risk! I will NOT go again. Hope I don’t get an infection from her sloppiness and rough treatment.

I honestly love this Salon! It is very cleanly & beautiful. I see the technician named Anni. She is extremely good at gel, pink & white, & acrylic tips. I am sure there are other woman there that are really good but I have only seen Anni. I have gotten pedicures here to & they are always very through, making sure to cut the sides of the nails as well. The panting is always perfect & the shape of my nails are beyond percent which is very important to me! My nails are always thin & even & still they do not fall off.

I’ve always had good service here and have been happy with my experience. The staff is for the most part friendly and nice, but they aren’t overly chatty (which I appreciate… this is my time to relax after all). The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, and they always are able to fit me in without having to wait too long.
I would recommend this location for a good quality manicure & pedicure.

I LOVED this place and was a loyal client for over 4 years. I always had a stellar experience, with an excellent mani/​pedi (both of which could last up to 10 days!!), and felt extremely relaxed when I left. I always felt like I was taken care of, that I was a priority and that they were happy to see me. *Perhaps because I tip well. Anyway, I recently moved across the country and have been trying salons in my new hometown, but I really miss TINA and BEBE from this location so badly! I wish I could move them to Chicago!
*Fingers & Toes is located in one of the most affluent and wealthy areas of the country and I used to see women with 3 karat diamonds on their fingers tip $ 2 for a mani/​pedi. These ladies are sitting on small little stools, working on your nasty feet and getting the crap out from under your finger nails — tip them well. They work harder in one hour than most of the SAHMs do all week.

I had an appointment here and was really disappointed. On the phone I informed the lady that I was 40 weeks pregnant and that this was my delivery manicure so it was extra special. Once I arrived the receptionist hovered over me while I picked out the color stressing that I needed to hurry up or I would miss the manicure. So I rushed and ended up picking a color I didn’t end up liking. THe manicurist had to leave half way through the mani and someone else took over. I could tell they didn’t care about what they were doing.
Next to me the pedicure caused a massive bleed and I was just grateful it wasn’t me. I am now reminded why I stopped going here three years ago…

I was informed upon walking in that I had not made a reservation, when in fact I had. It was not a pleasant greeting. The mani pedi was ok, but certainly not worth the high price, and the nail tech was unfriendly. The foot bowls did not seem especially hygienic. The chairs were not comfortable. No nail dryers available.
Won’t be returning.

My mom and I stopped in on a whim, and thought this would be one of those ‘whatever’ nail salons… we were SO WRONG!
This place was beyond perfect, for the price!
Lots of options for the ‘healthier’ sorts of nail polishes from Zoya, (that don’t have butyl ethanols, toxic platicizers, formaldehyde, toulene– a little chemical that causes birth defects… you know really gnarly stuff that if you don’t think about it looks great! ;p)
anyway, EXCELLENT healthy choice of nail polishes, which was SO REFRESHING at a really great price point for Mill Valley.
the place was PACKED, but also really well stafff, ran like a well oiled machine.
THe lady who worked on me, Jenny, went to town on my legs with an extra long massage… not sure if that is standard or she was just extra great.
Anyway, highly recommend this place! Excellent customer service… clean and really ‘upscale’ spa experience, for a really reasonable rate.
