I had a spur of the moment facial and waxing with Ella last Sunday. Pros: Ella was so accommodating. I literally booked day-​of and Ella came into the office to help me even though she doesn’t usually work on Sunday’s. She talked me through everything, really taking time to get to know me and my skin before beginning. The facial was relaxing and painless (which I don’t always find to be true of facials). I also can tend to breakout a little after a facial but not this time with Ella.
Cons: a little expensive for my personal budget.
Overall: excellent facial, super nice, skillful, and knowledgable esthetician. Thank you Ella :)

Ella is so dedicated to her work & it shows! She sells wonderful European products including a great selection of ampoules, she does facials as well as special peels like glycolic peel. I met Ella when my skin was terribly broken out due to a detox I was doing, & I had to go through 2 rounds of glycolic peels, & they helped my skin clear up so much! I was so grateful to find her & enjoy getting regular facials from her now. Thank you Ella!

I found Ella through the sign near the Mill Valley Farmers Market. I called her and enjoyed our conversation on the phone. We found a time that was convenient for me. The location is easy to find, and parking is easy as well.
The facial was so relaxing. My skin felt great for days after.
Prices are competitive. I have paid more at other spas and gotten less.
A great treatment for a really good price.
I look forward to my next appointment.

I am so happy I found this woman! I was looking for a facial before I left on a business trip, and she was able to fit me in. She took time explaining all that she offers, let me choose what I wanted, and there was no pressure in to getting add-on’s like at most places.
I left feeling so relaxed, and I felt like I was glowing. The wet mask is amazing, as well as all the other parts of the facial, but walking out feeling like my face was super hydrated was awesome!
I will be going back! Thanks Ella!

One other thing about Ella — she’s now working on Sundays and you can often get an appointment on short notice any day of the week, she’s very accommodating and flexible. She also offers a 25% discount for first-​time clients.

I first started seeing Ella when my former aesthetician hurt her back and referred me to Ella. That was approximately 15 years ago and I have been getting my facials from Ella ever since. At the end of my session, my skin is gorgeous and I usually manage to get in a nice, de-​stressing nap. I highly recommend Ella’s Skin Care to anyone who wants a fantastic facial and a nice little nap — all at a reasonable price.

She really knows about skin and her treatments and recommendations have always been perfect.
I see her regularly because that is the best way of taking good care of your skin. I have regular facials and glycolic peels and other treatments to take away fine lines. Ella truly cares about her clients. She is thoughtful and gentle.
Her care is personalized. Her treatments are designed for your own skin and its condition. In addition, Ella offers GREAT skin products that really do their job.

I have known Ella for about a year now but have just recently went to get a facial. I think Ella is an amazing woman and cares about her clients! She listens and tries to figure out exactly how to help you. I have acne prone skin but dry acne prone skin so sometimes it’s hard to treat. She knew exactly what to do! She uses European products and they work really well! She used this one mask on me called a wet mask and I have never had anything like it before and I’ve had many facials in my life. It was one of a kind, helped calm my skin. She is very responsibly priced, especially in Mill Valley! I would recommend her and will be going back to her soon!
