I just locked my key in my storage unit! ha! Within 30 minutes of phoning Armor, someone met me at my unit and drilled the lock. I couldn’t be happier (except what a stupid thing to do, so felt like I was wasting my money). …but when the need arises. $ 75 trip charge and $ 50 to drill the lock. Fast, efficient service. I recommend

I was VERY disappointed in the service I received last week from Armor in MV. For whatever reason, the (25 year old) knob on my front door refused to turn and I was basically locked inside my house.
Armor sent «Victor» over to service the lock. He spent a good 90 minutes with it and it was tough-​going all the way through. Eventually, I had to leave the house, and instructed my wife to pay the bill. When I returned home a few hours later I was AGHAST to see that the crisp edge of the front door had been mutilated by a prying tool and when Victor replaced the decorative brass plate under the knob he left splintered wood splaying out from underneath it (I got a deep, thick, oak splinter for my inspection efforts).
I won’t be calling them again. I appreciate that they got the job done, but my door is permanently «harmed» and I have to look at that mess every day.

I called them one day and they came and took care of the problem with the lock within a few hours after I called them. The latch was jamming and the gentleman who came was very friendly and professional and took care of the problem in less than half an hour. He had to disassemble the mechanism and put it back together and the lock is not working perfectly well. I am very happy with their speed, professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend them.

I called Armor Locksmith on a Sunday morning and they were out within an hour. A slight surcharge for a Sunday call but not a deal breaker. Got the job done in short order and I would recommend them to anyone needing lock work done at their home.

My brother in law recommended Armor and I am so glad I called them first. I needed my house locks re-​keyed and even though they had a busy day, Richard picked up on my sense of urgency, and made it happen for me the same day. I could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism. Reasonable prices as well.

I didn’t use their locksmith service so this review is based on key copying only. Very nice gentleman behind the counter and made 3 copies of a double sided ket which ACE Hardware was not able to copy. Easy going, professional and funny. Got my keys copied in no time.
