4 Directions Computers

Michael (aka Brandy) has saved me too many times to count. I recently moved to a new home (I have my business out of my house), and he took care of absolutely everything — multiple computers, printers, and all sorts of things of which I have no idea but are apparently quite important:) I was able to walk into my new office completely good to go. He responds quickly to calls, works hard to determine the best (and most cost-​effective) solution specifically for the way I need to use my equipment, and seems to know the latest information available. He’s amazingly generous with his knowledge, and his fees are incredibly fair. I’ve referred Michael to friends and associates, and have received nothing but great feedback. I’d recommend Michael in a heartbeat.

I know nothing about computers. TOOK MY broken laptop here and i was certain I would have to cough up around 400 or more since my laptop was frozen, none of the keys worked and if I couldn’t fix it I was preparing myself to go to VestBuy and fork out 1200 – 1700 to replace broken laptop so I had a negative bad attitude when walking in then I met Mr. Valentino who was very professional and began early trying to do everything in his power to help me save money, help me fix my broken laptop and best if all the was very likable and friendly, the guy is the ultimate expert who knows what I felt was everything about computers and he was very funny, he helped me lose my bad attitude and I learned so much from him I didn’t want another customer to distract him while he was schooling me giving my priceless knowledge that have me instant confidence I was lacking then the surprise I didn’t expect, to fix my laptop cost me know exactly 19.00 instead of what I programmed myself I would surely have to spend. But somehow Mr. Valentino psychically knew I hate computers and he knew I was pissed off having to spend cash I didn’t budget for and he was patient hands on and helped me learn what I lacked and I will recommend this business to my company for all future IT projects

Was delighted to discover that Michael has fully recovered from an accident and is back in business. I used 4 Directions a few years ago when I had a major computer crash. Michael took time out on a Sunday and I was back in business in no time. I recently updated from Windows 8 to 10 and inadvertently installed a bunch of unwanted garbage that was crippling my computer. One hour of his time and everything was cleaned up, better organized, security software properly configured and as a bonus he resolved a printer problem for my wife. He also recovered what I thought were lost forever Word files from a crashed backup drive. Highly recommended

Michael is a hardworking and knowledgeable guy — anything you need in the way of computers, he is totally capable of handling all of it. He understands business needs and will make sure your down time is minimized. He has been working on my personal computer, and the business computer by setting up a completely new system. He is equally adept at MAC and PC operating systems. He is totally reliable, and I think he does remarkable work. He comes as highly recommended as it is possible to recommend anyone. Met Mike last week casually — hit him up with a question I KNOW EVERYONE wants the answer to… «How do I restore WINDOWS 7 from Windows 10? He’s got the answers — will reccommend him to my company for IT issues.

As a hopefully ‘responsible’ Unilocal user, feel that we need to update our 1÷23÷13 positive review of this company. Something has happened to this company, not sure what, but at this time can no longer recommend them for computer services.

I suffered a severe iPhoto database corruption. I lost 28,000+ digital photos. All my memories for the past 18 years completely lost.
I am a computer saavy person but I was completely lost about how to recover the photos.
Mike came to the rescue and went through a long process of reconstructing the original digital photo files. He had to use special software tools and equipment to recover these photos for me. It took a long time, because he had to go through several iterations of rebuilding and verifying the photo collection; and with 28,000+ photos, each step could easily take a day of the computer just crunching and crunching through files.
I now have my 28,000+ digital photo files recovered, but my next step is to find a better place for them to live than iPhoto. Mike helped me to understand the costs and risks of using iPhoto. So I am better prepared now to handle an emergency like this if it ever occurs in the future.
Mike made clear through his words and actions that my happiness was his primary concern during this entire project. At points where any normal technician would have thrown up his hands and quit, Mike plodded on, because he was sincerely focused on my 100 pct satisfaction with his work. I don’t think I would have been able to recover my photos without him.

When you don’t know what’s going on with your computers and need them to work again fast, call Michael. He’s on time, fast, knows his stuff plus is really reasonably priced — and you get a follow up call the next day to make sure all is fine! Highly recommended!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Michael over the years. He’s helped me with my PC and now he helps me with my Mac laptop.
