Terrible. They opened 30 minutes late. Called the number from their sign, nobody answered and the employee let a lady go in front of us even though we were the first ones there. Terrible service and they don’t pay 5 cents. Got ripped off $ 2. Bring back Reynolds!

Great service every time. But they quit taking wine bottles now. I like that they are close to my home because my neighborhood doesn’t have recycle trash pickup.

I love that they have this location. Located at the Mililani Park and Ride. A block away from my home. Prior to providing this location, I had to drive to the Town Center to the redemption center right next to Tesoro. Most are very helpful. Most. A few can be short and unfriendly. The helpful ones will actuall bring you trash bins, help you place your bottles/cans into them, and even take off the bottle caps in case you forgot to do them yourself. Yes, they now request that you remove your bottle caps from your bottles. This location can get busy. They’re pretty fast, though, so wait time is no more than 5 – 10 minutes when they are busy. Tips: Don’t go right before their scheduled lunch time. They get a little snippy. Understandable. They’re hungry. I’ve had that happen a few times and learned my lesson. Also remember to take your bottle caps off before going there. Once, a worker got upset when he saw that I didn’t remove several of mine. Boy if looks could kill. Yikes.

In all fairness to Reynolds, I decided to post review for another site. I recently wrote about my less than satisfactory experience at the MililaniTown Center site. Rather than experience the lack of service again, I went to the site in the Park N Ride in Mililani Mauka for my next load of recyclables. It was a one man shop there! He said that staffing had been reduced… not sure why the Town Center site was so overstaffed in comparison. The worker at the Mauka site was courteous and helpful. They also accept scrap metal here such as brass, copper & aluminum(foil, vienna sausage/spam cans). This site is only open from Tuesday to Saturday. Don’t forget about the 90 minute lunch break from Noon to 1:30!
