There are many take-out places that sell gyros but this is the first food truck I’ve seen on Oahu that sells them. There’s no spit-roaster but they fry up the frozen gyro meat on their grill, fill the pita with some veggies & some sauce, place a generous portion of meat in the middle and top it with feta cheese. For $ 6 it was very filling and required some napkins.
Will go back again when I’m in the mood for a gyro.
