I used this car wash for about a year with a Ford Fusion, no problems and I was happy with the wash. We recently bought a dark grey VW Touareg and decided to get a wash. The Touareg must be considerably wider than the Fusion because this car wash scratched the **** out of both sides of the VW, front to back. The scratches are in the clearcoat, not through the paint, but nonetheless obvious in direct sunlight. I attribute this to the junk dryers they use that roll along the paint… I should have known better. Now I have to live with these scratches on my new reg. Hopefully I can polish them out. Do NOT visit this wash if you value your SUVs paint finish!
