Went here based on recommendations of the google searches. Should have checked Unilocal as well. The real measure of the quality of service for anything is when there is a problem, and unfortunately UPS lost my package(delivered to wrong address) and when we finally found it the box was left out in the rain and ruined. Not this stores fault, but their lack of competence in dealing with my/their issue is very concerning. Trying to give me the«we’re not UPS» runaround, yet they benefit from the positive aspects of the UPS brand(would you trust your package with Als package delivery service?) when it suits them. All I really want out of this is a refund of the cost of shipping yet they are making me jump thru hoops by filing a claim, making me sort through my trash to find a ruined box so it can be saved as «evidence», etc. Update — received a very disturbing call from«Ken» Who said he was the owner. Very rude and when I tried to explain my unhappiness with the whole experience and procedure for getting a refund became defensive and hung up on me. Do not do business with this outfit!!! 8÷3÷15 update — well the owner finally relented and refunded me my cost of shipping. UPS still wants the physical evidence before taking any other action. I guess the lesson here(besides using Fedex) is to ask the UPS driver to come and collect the«evidence». Presumably they will go the the right house. I’m still considering my options at this point.

Fickle staff. Some friendly and easy going; others rigid and not helpful. Go to the one on route 109 In the five guys plaza. SO friendly and helpful!
