Pompous owner, extremely rude receptionist, over priced. The ONLY good hairdresser they HAD was Tori. Im very pleased that she’s left this business. When the owner doesn’t even acknowledge you presence after 3 years it’s time for a bad review. They removed my comment on their Facebook.

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year, Reagan was my stylist, and I’ve been satisfied with the service I’ve received… until yesterday. I had a 1pm appointment for a cut and color. I had waited two weeks for the appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes before the appointed time. At check in the receptionist explained she was finishing up with a wedding party and would be with me shortly. This was a unique situation for me, I don’t typically work on the weekends, but I was this day. As I said, I had the appointment set for two weeks so I left work in the middle of the day to arrive in a timely manner. My intention was to be in and out in two hours and return to work. I sat in the waiting area and 1pm came and went, I asked the receptionist if they had WiFi, thinking I could do a little work on my iPad while I waited… I was informed they don’t, but I could use the unsecured connection from the Walgreen’s next door. That wasn’t an option, so I waited… at about 115pm I asked the receptionist how much longer she thought it might be. same response, she’s just applying false lashes and would be finished. You know that had I been 30 minutes late for my appointment that I would have been turned away. I was about to get up and leave… it was now 130pm 30 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment and I was irritated, sitting here was costing me time and money, when finally I was escorted back to Reagan’s station. I was expecting some sort of apology for the lengthy delay.nada. I’m pretty sure my displeasure was evident, I’m usually a little more chatty, but I just closed my eyes and used my meditation techniques and let her do her thing. As Reagan walked me up to pay for my services, she did offer an off-hand«sorry it was kinda crazy today»…but it was too little, too late. If I had been offered a discount for my inconvenience, this review would have gone a little differently… nope. I’m usually a generous tipper, it’s always been just over 20%…not today. Worse than that, I now have to start all over again with a new stylist… hopefully one that understands that their clients time is just as valuable as theirs. And I hope that bridal party she was working on is a regular client… to replace the one she just lost.

I went to this so called salon for a two color partial. My hair was already dark brown so I wanted to get some red and blonde put in there as well. The lady that did my hair was so interested in talking to the other people there, that she put the blonde right next to the red!(a big no no) Anyone who has a brain would be able to tell you that the red would fade into the blonde leaving your hair PINK!!! I went back 2 times for her to fix it and she managed to do it again BOTHTIMES!!! I really don’t know how this person graduated beauty school. I went back a fourth time(to the manager) and we had to dye my hair all one color! My hair was so frail and dry it took me MONTHS to get it back to OK condition. The manager also trimmed and thinned my hair out, however, she thinned one side but not the other and DIDNOT blend it together. Needless to say my hair was SCREWED!!! the manager also told me that she would give me a free partial highlight with two colors when I was ready. I called them to set up my appointment for my «free» highlight, and she told me that she couldn’t do it for free, but she could give me 15% off. I wouldn’t go back to this place if my LIFE depended on it. They are very incompetent, and rude. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!! You could go to great clips and get a better cut and color.
