I have a Rinnai gas boiler and had no hot water. Sanford sent out Brian who was a trained technician for Rinnai boilers. He spoke to my son by phone when he got here because I suggested it. My son was formerly the head engineer for Rinnai and wrote the manual for this boiler and helped to get the boiler certified in the U.S. Brian and my son agreed on the route to take. Brian tried all those routes, but they did not work. He and my son spoke again and Brian was able to get the boiler fixed and I had hot water. My son said that Brian was very good and got the nuances that he needed to get. Brian was very careful, polite and thorough. He may have needed a little guidance from my son, but he had a basic solid knowledge and knew what to do once the troubleshooting was done. Thanks, Brian. Now I know who to call when my son is not around!

Sanford is my go to Co. for heating when I needed to replace that old hot water tank Sanford talked to me about the advantages of Rinnai tankless water heater, I did my homework and knew they were spot on,.the easy install would be outside due to old field stone foundation Rennai does make an outdoor unit. worked great until I lost power and unit would drain water, Sanford worked with me to fix problem even had a Rep. from Rinnai come out and they decided a unit could be put inside with some creative work. Sanford replaced it with a new indoor model at no cost now that’s customer service! I have a yearly cleaning and check up, a service Sanford offers, Alex was my tech I had questions about the furnace Alex was knowlagable and offerd great suggestions.

This is definitely the company to call in the S. NH area. We’ve needed to call Sanford a few times in the past year and we always get the same excellent service from one of their specialists, Brian Bergquist. Brian is professional, honest and incredibly knowledgable. He was quick to diagnose the issue and even quicker to fix it. We’ve had quite a few bad experiences with other heating repair companies and now we would never think to call anyone else but Sanford.

Brian B. was: Professional. Courteous. Thorough. This was my first use of Sanford. I signed up for the service partner plan. I will continue to use them for my oil boiler service, rather than using an oil provider. Only thing that surprised me is that I thought in signing up for the service partner plan today that it would include TODAY’S tune-up. Whether I was lead to believe that or just misunderstood prior to having the service performed is up for debate. Regardless, the service was good and I’ll use them for next year, so it’s a moot point.
