My wife and son stayed at the Milford MA Quality inn on 28 DEC 2015 — 01 JAN 2016 and the service was terrible. The maid service did not fix the multiple problems that were addressed and when I called the manager on call said the ownership is changing and they could not fix any problems. They also did not change out the towels each morning and forgot to restock coffee in the room.
