There service was disrespectful, dramatic, and just overall unkind. She was sassing me and she wouldn’t let me get a bikini wax and was trying to get me to get nail colors I didn’t even want. I will never come here again.

As a gift I was given a day at Polished Outlook that included a massage, facial and pedicure. If you have never had a facial or have had one before you NEED to visit Polished Outlook. The experience was wonderful. My skin hasn’t felt so wonderful in such a long time and the massage almost put me to sleep. I can’t wait to go back for another visit. Thank you for such a treat!

I’ve been stopping by this spa since I was in college on a recommendation from a friend. Since then I’ve had my hair done here (I have long black Indian hair), I never know what to do with it other than trim it, but the salon director, whose always around, always suggests different kinds of layers to the stylists and it always turns out fantastic!
I had a wedding I needed to attend and got all my work done here for me and my sister, waxing, facials, pedicures and manicures and of course our hair– and the service was beyond excellent. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and were very helpful. And the spa itself is very comfortable and they go to great lengths to make sure that you are comfortable and that everything you want is taken care of. I’ve since moved from Michigan, but whenever I stop by to visit, I only come here for any work I need done. I’m picky like that, when I find something that works for me– I stick with it, thankfully this place just keeps getting better and better! Check it out, this place is a gem!

I love this salon and spa! I visited the salon to receive Keratin treatment and had four star service throughout my entire treatment. Alina was very welcoming when I arrived for my appointment, and my hair stylist was really friendly and helpful! I was a little nervous to try Keratin since it was my first time, but my stylist answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgable of the treatment. I will definitely book all future salon and spa appointments with Polished Outlook!
