I just drove 1 ½ hrs round trip to find out the store CLOSED today at 3pm even though online it says they are open till 6pm. When I called this morning no one mentioned an early closing. They are the closest dealer of Quadrafire parts to me. So now I get to drive back first thing tomorrow because our pellet stove is broken and they have the part we need in stock.

It is NOT closed. Went there today to see their gas stoves for heating. The person we spoke too was polite and very informative. He was very patient with my husband who asked a gazillion questions. We had just come from a stove store in Hawley. Prices were competitive. We will go with this store when we buy mainly because of the friendly atmosphere.
