I love LaRosa’s food, but this particular location is sub-par. Understaffed both in the dining room and the kitchen. Slow to greet and seat guests(there’s no hostess to evenly distribute business; waitstaff grabs customers and seats them as time allows), slow to bring food, slow to bring check, slow to bring change. And they weren’t packed! The hoagie bun was pale, under baked and unappetizing, as were the breadsticks. They don’t provide a wine list and ordering wine puts them into a tailspin. The hoagie had so much mayo it was disgusting. Is no one using their noggin back there? I’ve long noticed there are two tiers of LaRosa’s. This one in on the bottom tier. Even the restrooms seem about on par with a Speedway… and you can see from my reviews that I almost always give good reviews.

Larosas Pizza will always be my favorite. I think this location does a great job with the pizza and the way they deal with customers. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because sometimes my pizza is undercooked and that makes it really bad.

It can get busy at lunch. Which is a good thing. Specially on Friday. I suggest if you have to be back to work quickly, then come in 10 or 15 minutes before the lunch crowd.

We occasionally eat in and occasionally get delivery. As I noticed, other reviewers agree that in house service can be slow. I have, on one occasion, almost walked out due to no service at all. With that being said, Larosa’s is a Cincinnati go-to; it’s part of our lives. Awesome french onion soup and diablo sauce. You can’t go wrong with a baked buddy hoagy! The plaza where it is located is dead and will flat line if Laraso’s ever moves out. This locations delivery service is great.

We can’t go here for lunch anymore. Even when there are only six of us for lunch, and we get salads and personal pizzas, it takes 90 minutes to eat here. The food quality is consistent, but the service is not fast enough to keep the lunch crowd to within an hour. It’s a shame, because they have a Coke Freestyle machine and other enhancements, and the pizza is consistently the goodness I expect for LaRosas. This location has been here over 40 years, since 1974 or earlier. We do get carry-out or delivery, and it’s fine. But for dine-in, it’s like people forgot how long a «lunch hour» is.

This place continues to struggle to find good help they don’t even say hi to you when you walk in the door it takes a long time before they even take you to your table

LaRosa’s is a Cincinnati staple and the entire experience here is always consistent and pleasant. The pizza is super tasty and the service is great. Located in a somewhat empty plaza in Milford, but that doesn’t change the quality of the food. I would choose LaRosa’s over just about any other chain pizza place in the area.

Is it just me, or are there hardly any sit down pizza places anymore? I love LaRosa’s pizza– and this location is in the older part of Milford that doesn’t have many dining options. I know this location has been open at least 20 years, if not longer, and you can tell, because the whole restaurant is a little dated. In my opinion that adds some charm to the place. A little updating would be nice though.

Not the best Larosas I’ve been to. But, the pizza is always good. The site is just a little dark and seedy.

Last two Pizza’s have been wrong, the Milford location needs a serious overhaul. I miss the old days before the conveyor ovens took over.

Best pizza around with a wide delivery area. Pasta’s and desserts are only average.
