How can Anyone get an Order Correct if you dont speak the common language? –Food is always Cold.(Seems to be sitting for hours) –People are not friendly at all Unless things drasticlly change i will not be going there ever again, and its sad because i live in MILF, and i do like KFC food WHENITSFRESH! I have gave Milford KFC more than enough chances and im done.

There’s something wrong everytime I went(past tense) to this place. Three times in a row, I fell victim to the ineptitude here. The first time, I waited for over 20 minutes for the food. The second, I got Nashville chicken strips and the thing came in a cardboard container that was filled with ½ grease which leaked out over the interior of my car. Really gross. I went again anyway for the hell of it and asked for a Go Cup. They said they didn’t have any potato wedges and would substitute a small mash potato instead. I nodded no thanks and will never go there again. The place is run by a bunch of amateurs.

These other reviews are completely shocking! This is my favorite KFC location. Really because of it’s location. It’s the only KFC for miles and miles that is in a good area, and always does it right. My local KFC(in Dedham) is much more renovated, but also in a much busier area and the clientele is much different(and not for the better). Plus the Milford location’s parking lot isn’t like bumper cars and is very large. Juan is very friendly and always checks the drive through orders for accuracy, as well! Chicken is always made to order and crispy, like KFC should be. Biscuits are also delectable. Really nice to find a KFC location that isn’t ever crowded, provides great food, and is convenient in location to 495 and for me when in Milford. I will continue to support this location because of food and friendly staff. They are really a 5-star restaurant, and will receive that when they remodel like the other KFC locations. Also, just for note, they are supposed to be at 15 Medway Road, not 55! Manager is looking into fixing this…

This kfc is awful should be shut down. Food is awlways Luke warm at best, not fresh almost stale and not fresh by any means. Carful if you order a family dinner thing they might over charge by 10 dollars an hope you don’t notice I did and they said well nothing we can do we already charged your card. Then they couldn’t count was supposed to be 8 price chicken family meal there was seven its not hard(uno, DOS, treic, quatro, sinco, seas, seita, ocho)(I can even count to ten in Spanish at the kfc in Milford they stop at seven) awful service, awful staff, high prices. Your better off getting fried chicken at stop an shop across the street its probably cheaper and better.

Myself and other fellow customers(around 4 groups) had a horrendous experience at KFC. When we ordered, we were told that our three piece dark meat would take 20 minutes. At first, I wanted to shout out that chicken would not take 20 minute to make. My husband was smart to tell me to keep my mouth quiet. There were two groups before us and the folks at KFC got both orders wrong! Seeing what happened I checked my order before leaving. It so happened they got my order wrong. The woman who served me gave me the order and said three piece dark meat. I actually got a two piece(white meat and dark meat). Of course, I complained and the woman spoke with her manager(jan) who ultimately told me that they did not have dark meat and had to give me three wings!!! Three piece wings plus two sides for 8 dollars?! I might as well have gone elsewhere for a better value. Plus they have me a mix of original and crispy which I did not want. They were extremely secretive as Well and took meat from the«back» The crew of 5 – 6 there were extremely disorganized and did not know what the customers ordered. And you do not make a customer wait 20 – 30 minutes for a few measly chicken just because the manager could not forecast the amount of food needed. I will be emailing corporate on the poor management and the service where they serve customers wrong orders left and right,

literally the worst fast food place i have ever been to. i went in with my boyfriend and placed my order. i got a crispy tender meal with mac and cheese and then a separate side order of mac and cheese. pretty fucking simple right? well the lady who took my order barely spoke english(same goes for seemingly everyone working there) and had no clue how to use the computer. after about five minutes i got my food, minus the extra mac and cheese. the lady was then taking my boyfriends order and had to ask the manager, who wouldnt get off their ass in the office, what the hell to do. no help there. gave my boyfriend his order without his extra side as well. had to ask her twice to get it. i then had to reorder my side of mac and cheese. she then walked away. after a few minutes she comes back and asks me what i want. i tell her i didnt get my mac and cheese and she points at the one already on my tray from my first order. i look at her and tell her i literally just ordered another one separately so she goes to get it and mashes it in a container and smooshes the top on and it cant even close. so by the time i actually got to eat, it was cold. and im pregnant and hungry and pissed off and jesus holy hell.

The only reason I buy food here, is when my mother is craving it. Otherwise I would not even step foot in this place. Almost everyone who works here is completely incompetent. How hard is it to keep up during peak hours? If I wanted to wait 15 min to a half hour for fried chicken, I would go some place nicer. I HATE coming in here.

Stopped for something quick. Sign on the building says Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. They were out of chicken after waiting 8 minutes. Enough said!!! They wonder why they are closing stores left and right.

My boyfriend and I stopped in tonight to grab some dinner. The woman working up front seemed like she was not at all happy to help you. However, there was a guy working the drive thru, making food, and also ringing in people up front. He seemed like he genuinely wanted you to have a good experience, and get the food you ordered. I believe his name tag said Jan. From the time we walked in, to the time we received our food was only somewhere between 5 – 10 minutes. Seeing that drive thru was busy and the front was also, this is understandable. To me it seems as though this restaurant is either understaffed or needs to get a few more employees like Jan who care about what they are doing, and don’t just stare at you when you walk in, like a woman working there tonight. All in all, it was not a horrible experience. We were missing a side. if we weren’t, I would have given 3 stars… but only because of the good service we received from Jan. If it was not for him, it would be 1. Food was also good.

Horrible experience yesterday. Went to the drive-thru, but no one bothered answering, so I parked and went inside. Manager was on her cellphone and not helping out the staff when I first got in. Customers in front of me got noticeably old/over-cooked food and had to ask for fresh, which took about 15 minutes. I was there for half an hour total. My order was good, but the overall service is horrible. Floors looked greasy and unkept. I went a couple months prior as well and the service was the exact same as this experience.

Absulutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had!!! The service sucks and I brought a bunch of friends there to eat and we all puked in the parking lot and on the way home we felt like pure shit it must be pretty disgusting and rancid in the kitchen to make you pike 3 times in less than an hour trust me save your family and friends and don’t bring them to KFC Milford

I’ll break my review into two parts, one for KFC and another for Pizza Hut. KFC This location is chronically under chickened. I went in to get a bucket of chicken for lunch for a group of 7 people(I got the 16 piece bucket) and they weren’t able to give me the correct pieces of original recipe. I literally wiped them out of original recipe chicken. They gave me some extra crispy to make up the difference, and between the two types of chicken, they had exactly 16 pieces. I went just before the lunch rush would have hit, so they should have had plenty of chicken. The poor guy that came in behind me was told he’d have to wait 14 minutes for more chicken. He left. They also opted to not put the lid all the way on the gravy for the potatoes, and they put that at the bottom of my bag. When I got home, the gravy had gone EVERYWHERE. It was great fun cleaning that up. Besides that, the sides were average quality. I requested 2 of each kind of dipping sauce to go with the chicken. I didn’t realize this location only has 3 kinds of dipping sauce, most have more than that. Pizza Hut I’m not sure what the point is of even offering pizza at this location. They only have«personal» size pepperoni and cheese pizzas. They charge nearly $ 5 for it and they’re about the size of a bagel bite. Oh, and they’re frozen. No joke, we saw them prepare the pizza… it’s this little frozen bagel-bite that they run through a mini pizza oven. It takes about 10 minutes and I swear they shrink even further during cooking. The boxes are about 4 inches square and are too large for the pizza. They cut it into 4 bite-size pieces. It’s cute. If you like PIzza Hut(which I do) you won’t find any resemblance between a pizza hut pizza and these frozen bagel-bite pizzas besides the logo on the box.
