Horrible service– dropped off a chainsaw to be repaired and six chains to be sharpened .
They tagged the chainsaw and chains separately. Pick up chainsaw after 2 weeks of calling to see if it’s done — they never pick up the phone or return left messages.
Pick up chainsaw but they can’t find the chains. 4 of the chains are in boxes with our name written all over the box. First they accuse us of never dropping them off then when we identify the person who we gave them to they say they will have to look for them. Called 6x in 2 weeks to find out — again do not pick up phone/​return left messages. Make trip to store to be told they lost them and that’s that and don’t bother them again. This is after we even offered to pay the cost of the sharpening if they would just replace our chains. Horrible people and a horrible business. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want your equipment lost or treated like crap.
I can’t post this without a rating but they don’t deserve even one star — Negative 3 Stars
