What a turn around since the last time I ordered here! Everything we ordered tonight was delicious. Their«Sunday Sauce Pizza» with beef & sausage, Sunday gravy with ricotta, mozzarella & pecorino really hit the spot. We ordered the 16″ large pie. The crust was thin crunchy with just the right amount of meat and cheese with dollops of ricotta cheese on top of each slice. We also ordered their Ricotta & Homemade Mozzarella calzone which was just as delicious. After it came out of the oven a little olive oil is brushed on the calzone with a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese. It was a perfect pocket of creamy ricotta cheese and the fresh mozzarella made a huge difference. The calzone was not greasy at all. Their Arthur Ave. special salad was a hit with everyone and so was their lasagna with Sunday Sauce. While sitting here in a cheese induced food coma, all I can say is that everything was really fresh, plus the food was perfectly cooked.

There are many pizza places in Milford, but Johns is our go to spot. The pizza is off the hook good. I recommend grandmas and graffiti pizza. Owners are very superfine of local schools and art programs. Great family environment and very clean. Plus they deliver when we just want to sit at home and be lazy.

This is the best place you will find!!! I have yet to get anything from this pizzeria that was less than awesome. Everyone there is so nice. I love this place and will be a regular. Tonight was the first time I had a fresh made to order cannoli, and it was fantastic! Thier bruschetta and balsamic vinigerette is to die for!!! Everything there is incredible! I cannot fathom anyone being unsatisfied. Thank you Johns of Arthur Avenue!!! See you very soon.,

Been there couple times, their pizza was great, service was not bad. I love their food. Price is OK, reasonable. Will try different type of pizza from them if I am in the area.

We discovered this place using Unilocal back in October. It was delicious. We each had a couple of slices. We’ve been back twice since then and had to drive 70 miles round-trip to get there and back. On our third visit we tried the wings and they also were delicious. A slice of cheese pizza is $ 2.00 dollars which is reasonable and if you get a slice with one topping it’s $ 2.50. Fountain drinks are $ 1.79 with free refills. When we were there tonight(Friday) the phones were ringing off the hook and everybody was working very hard to keep the customers happy both takeout and dine in. The next time were in Stroudsburg we will be more than willing to drive 35 miles to Milford to John’s of Arthur Avenue

This restaurant seems to be run by teenagers. There doesn’t ever seem to be a manager there. We used to love this place, until my birthday dinner, when I cancelled an eggplant parmigiana hero from our order. The staff did not refund our money, instead they wrote it down in a marble notebook from behind the counter. She took my name & phone number. Then, when we went back to use the credit, the staff told us there was no record of any credit issued on that day, August 29th, 2015. Even though we had found the receipt, they would not issue us our credit. We even went back with my father-in-law, & they STILL wouldn’t issue the credit. So for $ 8.95, they lost 4 loyal customers who usually spend $ 100.00 per visit. Bad move, John of Arthur Ave.

Had a bad experience of two drinks spilled on me the first time we ate in, but they tried hard and gave some complimentary zeppoles at end of meal. If you like extra thin crust pizza, you must ask for them to make your pie that way and it is awesome! Eat in so pizza is super. Yummy. Special price fix menu a good deal. Solid wings. Garlic knots a bit chewy as are the zeppoles, and both seem to be the same batter lacking seasoning in the batter. Seems the toe are the same then the knots given a green coating. But the pizza delivers. And, I’m an ex New Yorka. The 28″ pie is amazing and works for a clan of 5.

Check out the Rest Room facilities. This is where your food preparers wash up. Food was ok but nothing noteworthy. I would not go back.

I don’t like giving 1 star, but I think this place is not really that great. There are so many BETTER places to go in this town. I had caprese salad that was served with… Wait for it… NOLETTUCE. Yup. Grape tomatoes on one side of the plate and mozz balls on the other. Really? why call it salad guys?

Ehh! It was alright we had the«Neapolitan» style pizza which had A very thick and heavy crust. I guess it qualified as Neapolitan because it was round? To much sauce wanted olives they only have calimata(I know it is spelled wrong) olives they are great but not on pizza but they do not stock generic run of the mill sliced black olives. Those other olives taste kind of odd hot. Antipasto was good nothing special. That was the problem they have a large menu with a lot pizza by the slice options various and not unusual pasta and entrée items but nothing special.

Ordered an Italian combo. Their combo is just ham and salami. No Cappy or pepperoni. The ham was the cheapest Ham money can buy, looked like spiced ham. Also orderd the cheese steak. It was avarage. Was charged 21.00. Crazy money. acording to their menu it should have been 18.00 and thats pricey too for what you get. Iv read about others being over charged as well so be carful. In Fairness to them all the pizza places suck in milford. To get good pizza I travel to nj. JJ’S Pizza on Clove road is awsome and so is village pizza in shoprite plaza montague.

Best Pepperoni pie anywhere — No Joke. Service has gotten worlds better! Its amazing what a change. I see new faces in there now. All the girls working always greet you as you walk in with a smile and are extremely nice and helpful. Sometimes they are still a little slow but its worth it. I’m not even kidding, but their pepperoni pizza is hands down the best I have ever had anywhere. This is due to the extremely high quality of the ingredients and the great crispy thin crust that actually has flavor. The pepperoni they use is the real deal. No cheap food service truck grade filler garbage pepperoni that other places use. I have heard they source this pepperoni from the high end italian deli Fretta’s a few blocks over in Milford. This pepperoni is very mild and when cooked on the pie releases all the flavor into the cheese. This is GOOD grease not like that crap that comes out of cheap pepperoni. Even people who hate pepperoni love this pie. And if you get the ginormous 28″ or whatever version its even better fir some reason. The cheese blend they use here also is pure quality, great flavor and texture. Again. Not that sysco food service grade plastic like shit. 2 small downsides: The location… They need a better location. The small Naples style pizzas= AMAZING! but the prices skyrocketed on them. they used to have a 2 pizza deal on these, then that stopped and the prices when way up on each pie. The old price point on the small gourmet naples pies was perfect as anyone can easily eat 1 and a half of them as they have a nice super thin crispy crust. Regular pizza prices have stayed the same. Check them out, Get a large or Ginormous Pepperoni x-cheese, you will be back.

This a the best pizza in the Milford PA area. These are the best quality ingredients I have had on a Pizza. Great tasting. The service is outstanding. Though there was a lunch rush, our waitress was great. Did not stop by our table when we had just taken bits. Fast and polite.

This will be the same as my review for Village Pizza because VP has now turned to John’s of Arthur Avenue Restaurant & Pizza — I have been to this place quite a few times while in the area visiting friends. Their pizza is great! I got regular cheese and Buffalo Chicken. The sauce and cheese are great. I’ve also ordered a few sandwiches from here(Meatball, Eggplant, etc). The bread is great and the portions are big. The staff are very friendly and now that its warm you can sit outside. If your in town, this is the place to go.
