Ordered take out. I arrived and paid for my order. Told it was not ready yet. I noticed the pizzas in the warmer and waited. Was told it would take 30 from order to pick up. I got there at 30 mins. and waited another 15 as I watched all but 1 of the pizzas in the warmer were given to their owners. Finally the young person who was taking all the orders and handing out the purchases reached in and got mine which had been sitting there all the time. Worthless customer service. The young people they have at the register/order takers are too irresponsible and spaced out. It will be some time before I return to this Jets Pizza. They really need to improve their order taking staff.

Since my last review, my family wanted to try again. They forgot my pop twice, but the service has been better Delivery is quick. I guess I will move them into OK category. They were nice about forgetting the pop, apologized. Finally gave me two with an order we place last week

Called about 9:20 pm first time they didn’t answer, second time she picked up the phone and I asked her if I can place a carry out she just said wait and she hung up on me!!! Really??? Bunch of kids! Called village pizza and the quality and attitude was much better !

Pizza is consistently decent, but online ordering is strange and hopelessly broken, if you expect the prices to match the in-store menu. If you do happen to be using a coupon, it’s an especially good idea to know how much your order should cost. Don’t expect much accuracy on how coupons are applied. Jet’s seems to have cycles where they’re fast and everything is made the way you ordered it, and then things go downhill. Right now, they’re on the bottom end of the cycle, and I’m probably going on a Jet’s hiatus as a result. My last order was all sorts of wrong, and there are tons of other choices in Milford.

UPDATE: 2÷15÷2013 I will never, ever order Jet’s ever again. I ordered a pizza online today at 10:05am, the online confirmation said it would arrive by 11:45am to my daughter’s school for her birthday. It didn’t arrive until noon, which is when her lunch is pretty much over. When I called to complain, the kid on the phone explained to me that he didn’t know when her lunch was(duh) and that there was nothing he could do. Something that was supposed to be super awesome ended up sucking because of one of your stores. :(All he had to do was call me and say, hey, I know you put in this order and put under the notes section that this was for your daughter’s lunch, we aren’t going to get it there until noon, do you still want us to send it and I would have said NO and to cancel the order. FAILURE on Jet’s pizza. He also wouldn’t give me the contact information for the person above him. Never again. Thanks. I’ll also be sharing this with my friends. ***************************************************************************************** After being burnt out on Howie’s, I tried Jet’s. Let me tell you I’ll never go back to Howie’s. I love, love, love Jet’s pizza! They have thin crust, hand tossed and deep dish. I got a half veggie half pep deep dish 8. It was so flippin’ great. I ordered my kids a small thin crust cheese and it was almost like being back in Ohio. They chowed down! :) It showed up fast and hot to our house even though the poor delivery boy got lost 2x. Will do Jet’s again very soon!!!

What can I say? It’s consistent. The service is always the same(good), and I have never had a bad pizza from there. That’s what being a chain is all about… In this case, that’s for the better. It’s a safe bet for pizza in Milford, just like the Village BBQ/Pizza.
