I’m only giving this one star so I can write this damn review. Terrible service, terrible quality of food, terrible experience. We used to come here often but tonight was the last straw. Johnathon Miller has no knowledge on how to run and maintain a restaurant and Daniela is a terrible waitress. The cooks were dancing around the kitchen like buffoons to trap music making a fool out of themselves and the entire establishment. If you like warm beers, cold wings, and the worst service on this side of the Mississippi River, look no farther! Last time I will ever step foot into a Hooters! P. S. They serve minors!

This was the worst experience ever, walked in and was eventually told to sit anywhere. It took the waitress 10 mins to come to the table and another 20 to bring drinks we were ready to order but she told us she would be back and left. After about an hour we decided we didn’t want food anymore but still couldn’t flag a waitress down to get the check. After all was said and done it took over an hour to get two over priced drinks (a beer and an iced tea came to 13 bucks) and leave without ordering food. No one seemed to care and we left hungry I don’t plan on coming back

I took away one star for the service. Foods great. Service is like being in a club with these waitresses. Once you start talking to them, they’re engaged but it feels like you need to grab their attention. They don’t do their jobs in welcoming customers, you literally have to make the first move. After I got my waitresses attention it was fine but I believe that’s backwards. And this happens every time I step foot in there which is not so often. It’s like it’s their little club house and work ethics and service is confused with the bar outing environment. But I go back for the food to treat myself. Customer service should always be a priority in a business. If you’re looking for good customer service without the flirt game on deck, then I don’t recommend you going with high expectations for service. Also I think they cater to larger groups because they know it’s better tips.

Well was in the area went with 2 of my guys friends one was so funny bring his first time. I never laughed so much. Great atmosphere TVs Food was good. Jessica the waitress who took over the waitress initially both were very nice. The initial waitress shift was coming to a end. We had Spicy Shrimp, Dallas Sauce Traditional Wings and BBQ Boneless Wings everything going was good. I always went by but never stopped him not my 1^st Hooters visit but there yes. I normally love Hooters but this particular day at about 4 pm, I went in with my husband and son and we sat at a regular table. to begin the chairs were wobbly we had to change them for some that were less likely to break when we sat. second our table was sticky and my menu was also sticky with a hair on it not to mention the place smells a bit. Then there were about 4 girls working, we at least had the pleasure to have Allyson be our server that day. she was kind, polite and understanding. it seemed that the other girls must have been on break or something because Allyson’s name was being SHOUTED out like every 2 to 3 Minutes in which had my family and I upset, who wants to hear shouting like that. last our food came and the burgers were great, I ate the baja fish tacos but I changed my fish to Mahi. I know it’s supposed to be spicy but the fish was so salty it made my mouth dry.
I would love it if they could go back to the system of food serving instead of shouting and cleanliness they had before. Please and Thank you.

I have been going there weekly for lunch and love it. Very clean, friendly Hooters girls the food is great and the beer is very cold like I love it. Try it you will like it. Full parking available right off I95. My new fav bar

I went with a friend after we got done running some errands. They were short staffed and the server we had also had a table of 8 that was giving her a hard time. Despite that, she was still kind and provided great customer service. I only wish Hooters offered some healthy options on their menu, otherwise everything else was great.

I popped in for an early lunch this past week. On that particular day they were only open in at 11:30 AM, but I walked in the door at just after 11:00 AM. The manager indicated to me that the girls were still getting ready, but that I should feel free to sit down and make myself comfortable while I waited.
Interestingly, not only did did my server come over before the restaurant officially open, but I actually had my drink and appetizer served before the restaurant officially opened.
The food was your standard Hooters fare, and was typical in quality — neither particularly good or particularly bad. I had boneless wings, as well as a buffalo chicken sandwich. I was actually little surprised that the buffalo chicken sandwich came with a plate full of curly fries.
Overall, much better than my last experience here.

4−3 – 2−1…that’s how Hooters in Milford has declined over 15 – 20 years. In the mid 90s it was great, the food was better, the waitresses checked on you and «flirted» with you in an appropriate healthy manner (stop by and chat with you for a minute at your table, and on to the next table, etc.). 10 – 15 yrs ago the food started to get «hit or miss» and the waitresses were either really friendly or ditzy. Today, the food is awful, the waitresses ignore you completely and over half of the reviews here support that. I last walked into this place about a year ago, I didn’t even get:“welcome to hooters!” They weren’t busy at all. One or two tables and about that seated at the bar. I sat by the window on a stool and was completely ignored for 15 to 20 mins. I must’ve been invisible. Two waitresses were sitting at a table talking to a patron, one was hanging around the bar and another was back over by the station by the back of the bar where they keep cups and silverware. I waved over. I wasn’t even acknowledged! They saw me and chose to ignore me. I looked at my watch saw I had been sitting there for over 20 mins. I got up and I walked out. Nobody batted an eye, except the manager who was watching all this literally chased me out the door followed me to my car and begged me to come back inside! The creep followed me almost to my car! I told him to leave me alone, he kept begging me to come back. I turned, confronted him stared him right down and said angrily «I said… Leave Me Alone!» Then he took a hint and walked away. My advice? Just drive on past this place.

Good food, good service. I had Daytona wings and loaded tater tots. The tots were pretty generic but the wings were good. Not frozen and came out at a good pace.
My server was really nice but I did not catch her name. She kept me filled up on refills and was working hard in her section.
Hooters is not really my scene but this one was clean and the food was good. I originally went to bww but they had a 40 min wait. I thought nope let’s try hooters. I am glad I did

I really love hooters wings and this location has always been my go to place to get them but recently it seems that whenever I order the hot wings there is never any hot sauce. The ones I took home tonight were borderline naked… so sad I hope they step it up again soon.

Great wings as always. Service at the bar is lacking. Consistently, the bartender is more concerned with her phone than making sure her customers are taken care of. Other than that… a great Hooters.

Great sliders. Fries weren’t hot and had no flavor. Love their peel and eat steamed shrimp and decadent Chocolate Mousse Cake. The drawn butter didn’t taste like butter but the cocktail sauce was on point and very good. Our waitress was Jessie. Very pleasant and prompt. Food takes awhile to come out, regardless of the amount of patrons. Prices are very expensive for burgers and bar food. 4 sliders with fries, 1lb of shrimp, 1 piece of cake and 2 sodas = over $ 43.00 ???

Wings were good, cheese sticks were hollow. Service was slow. Half of our group of 14 were served food while the other half waited… and waited.

I love this place! Food is always excellent. It’s a far drive but it’s always worth it!

I wasn’t sure of a hooters in Milford CT. The place is great. The wings are excellent as well as the steak and cheese. Service has been great the few times I have been there. I would defenetly recommend this place.

Awful service, then I got the wrong order, then the food was cold and our waitress didn’t pay attention, NOW something is wrong with the Internet so we can’t even leave.

I’ve eaten here 2x. The first time i had a good experience food was good and fresh! on my most recent visit, the curly fries were disappointing. It was clear they had been «re-​heated» instead of cooking a fresh batch. If I’m going to eat fries they better be damn good considering they have little nutritional value and no protein.
The food in general seemed off and I wondered if everything was fresh. Later that night, I had terrible stomach pains. Not sure if it was related but I don’t plan to eat the food here again. I’ll stick with a drink and be on my way.
The servers are friendly but you didn’t come here for great service and don’t expect it’s what you’ll get. Instead there will be Boobs and buttcheeks. For most people that’s enough (clientele are 85% male). Otherwise as most people mention, there are better sports bars in town.

Service is about as slow as the brains inside these hopeless waitresses. Wings are okay but compared to b dubs very buttery and greasy. The best part is watching your food get cold while she stands by it and texts for ten minutes to her coke infested boyfriend. A star for the nice tvs.

Food is ok. The wings are breaded but you can opt for naked wings, if that is your thing! The buffalo sauce is butter based so it sometimes is hit it miss. For instance, mild is virtually bland. The medium is barely coating the wing and hot has noticeable sauce. I prefer hot, because I want to see sauce on my wings and a little extra couldn’t hurt.
