Honey Dew Donuts

This honey dew gets the coffee right but burns my food all the time I order two coffees and two cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and the bagels are always burnt. It’s upsetting because I pass so many dunking donuts on the way to work an not one honeydew so if I go out of my way to get honeydew I wish it was worth it.

Terrible service and rude workers. A worker in the drive through, at around 7:00 pm on 5÷9÷16, I don’t know her name but she was probably a teenager, was very rude with a terrible attitude. She yelled at us for not telling her about the coupon in the drive through line when there was no sign saying that you must. Does dunkin make you tell them about a coupon before hand? No, that’s not common knowledge so there was no reason for her to act so rude. She was so rude and yelled which was just crazy. I don’t understand how people who work in customer service can act so nasty. Honey Dew will never get our service again and the coffee wasn’t even that good. If you are going to be mad about people using coupons than don’t offer them!!! Common sense!!!

Updating my review to 5 stars since its been years since I’ve had a bad cup of coffee here. No complaints here at all.

I love Honey Dew Donuts. Just about everything they make is better than its Dunkin’ Donuts counterpart, especially the coffee, but also the sandwiches, doughnuts and muffins. Staff is also very friendly.

Good coffee. Better than that boiling so hot you can’t drink Dunkin Donuts. The donuts and muffins are great at this location also.
Dunkin is overrated.

Honey Dew donuts is a oasis from the proliferation of the Dunkin Donuts in Metrowest towns. Their coffee is good and does not have that bitter taste like the other place. The donuts are fresh and large. Honey Dew also offers a breakfast sandwich which blows away the other chain fast food breakfast offerings. The Milford location is new and clean. I am a fan.
