We have recently renewed our second year lease, but honestly, we are regretting g it. It was a tough decision for us in the first place when our first year lease was about to be expired.
The staff is not helpful at all. The manager Colleen is very rude. They don’t take the noise complaints very seriously. Because of our noisy neighbors, we try to stay away from home. I have developed high blood pressure because of the constant noise and the management has not done anything about it. Since we are stuck with this lease, we only come home to sleep, and that’s not fair to us.
We have had to contact them several times to get something done. They show you attitude when doing anything for you… When it is their job to do it.
The only plus in this apartment is the washer and dryer in the unit. Besides that, the apartments are very small and the buildings are not kept up to date.
