Dunkin’ Donuts

Disappointed! Looking forward to coffee on my way home and they ‘ran out’ of nondairy milk. I am sure they did not run out of dairy supplies :/

Ok Ok I am going to have to agree with the other Unilocalers for this DD. Every time I review a DD I basically say the same thing-​I am looking for consistency and speedy service with a smile. Went into the rest stop to, you know, use the facilities, and also get a cup of iced coffee for my wife and I. First off, they were woefully understaffed-​at least 15 people in line and 2 behind the counter… one who was working the drive through and arguing with someone the whole time. the person at the inside register had no one to make the orders so one was taken… then the coffee was made… then another was taken… then she walked away to argue with the person running the drive through. It was one giant cluster… the people working there had nothing but a crappy attitude and they were more interested in yelling at each other than serving the customers. I’m sorry, but we should have been in and out in 3 minutes… instead it took 20.
Only reason they get a second star is the coffee was decent.

I ordered the croissant breakfast combo, which comes with coffee and hash browns. I get to the truck and find out they gave me 6 hashbrowns. Seriously? At least take a lesson from McDonalds, and fill the little hash brown bag.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Dnouts! I use the drive thru service on my way to work. People working the drive thru have the worst attitudes and always talking among themselves, being a little friendly wouldn’t hurt. When i reached the window, the girl working had no idea what I had ordered. I told her I ordered an ice coffee light and sweet. When she finally handed me the coffee, there was no sugar in it. I told the girl and she was very nasty about it. I also asked for a napkin and again she was very rude, nasty, and made a face about it. Honestly. I would rather go to another Dunkin’ Dounts and be late for work than deal people who have the worst attitudes and are extremely rude.

Updating my review because I have more bad things to say about this Dunkin. My coworkers and I stop here often because it’s the most convenient one for our drives. They are constantly out of everything, the staff are constantly speaking to each other to the point where it’s hard to get a word in edgewise, and EVERY time when you get to the window they ask you what your order was. They haven’t even put it into the computer yet, probably to keep the order time down.

This Dunkin’ donut is horrible. I’ve waited 20 minutes for my coffee and the lady in the back had a huge attitude. Other people in back of us were complaining at how slow the pace was. The lady serving the coffee was obnoxious and it was just frustrating trying to communicate with them as they have a short attention span and wander of ignoring the customers. They had enough staffs in the back to complete their tasks and I had to ask them,“where’s my coffee” 4x

This Dunkin is by far the worst I’ve been to, I drive thru often on my way to work if in running too late to get off the highway and they are always out of something, even normal menu items not anything funky. The service is lacking, they’re too into chatting with each other vs doing their job. I ordered an iced coffee the other day and had to say excuse me and wave at the woman to ask for a straw bc the she had turned back to her friend to chat and was going to let me drive away. The egg in my egg sandwich was mushy like it hadn’t been cooked enough. All in all I only go to this Dunkin in a dire situation. I have emailed dunkin about it and nothing seems to have been done.
