The other reviews on here were pretty negative and dated so I thought I’d write a recent review based on my positive experience. I went to the store before noon on a Saturday and again Sunday 3pm. They weren’t overcrowded and Richard was very professional and friendly. He assisted me in finding a decent no contract GO phone at a price within my budget after my iPhone 4 had been stolen and I wasn’t due for an upgrade yet. The next day I returned the phone since most AT&T phones suck in comparison to an IPhone and(the AT&T Align had a terribly nonresponsive touch screen and glare). I returned the phone less the stocking fee and as asked Richard re-activated an old 3GS phone I had available for use. I would go here again for AT&T service related concerns.

not too crowded when we went in, not too helpful staff. oddly, my iphone connected to the att wifi here but was unable to do anything on the internets. kinda useless.

sounds like someone who works here commented. Per my review «Well, apparently it’s widely known that this branch sucks big time because the Orange store was not surprised by what I told them, and the Wallingford service center gets lots of complaints as well. « I am not the only one who refuses to come here for service or sales.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. After splurging on a new Blackberry and paying a $ 75 early upgrade fee(and the $ 18 they tack on whenever you upgrade) PLUS the cost of the phone, I asked that insurance be added to my account. The guy who sold me the phone overlooked it. Flash forward THREE weeks when my phone was stolen and I call AT&T to request a new phone: They advise me that I don’t have insurance. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. The WORST.
