If I could do zero stars I would! AWFUL!!! We called 3 weeks ago and said we needed to be refilled and they never came. Now we are out of propane and we called and they said they could do an emergency refill for an additional charge of $ 200. Worst customer service ever! Absolutely furious with this company!!!

Poor response time when calling for a propane fill. More often then not I have had to call back multiple times to get a question answered after leaving my contact information. The customer service representatives state that they will call back with an answer but do not. They are unwilling or unable to give an estimated time frame for a fill. Their prices are not the lowest and they seem understaffed and disgruntled.
