These people are vultures. They hide the charges until you’re taxes are complete and then tell you that the rates they charge are the same as everyone else. ABSOLUTE lies. They charged my sister, a single mother of 3 with no investments, no home, no complicated tax problems of any kind, more than $ 300 to get her back about $ 1K. And she had to tell them about 2 of the deductions to look for. I live out of state and didn’t find out until too late. I will be filing BBB complaints and any others I can think of. Do not give your money to these horrible excuses for human beings. Many tax preparation services can handle most returns for less than $ 100. Also many resources exist to help you do your taxes yourself for free.
