Skydive Minnesota

First of all this was my first experience. I’ve heard of other good places but we went here because our friend lived near this location.
We came on time but had 15 minutes of paperwork and then a 15 minute video of what we just filled out. We were all doing Tandem so not much to do. Then we waited an hour before we boarded a 4 person aircraft. Im guessing that it was an hour wait since i wasnt checking time all the time but there was a large group ahead of us and we had to wait until they were done. We had 3 pple in our group and so we had to break into 2 groups so there was more waiting.
My Tandem partner had no personality what so ever, so I talked with the other guy’s Tandem partner. On there website they mentioned a beautiful view of Lk Mille Lacs but you have to get real because it was a 10 sec view from the aircraft. Anyhow my guy perked up a bit once we landed. There was a 5000 ft of free fall and 5000ft of chute gliding. We did some cool turns at my request. Because I’m sure we wouldn’t have done any thing since he didn’t ask me why I was skydiving or how we picked their place to do it or what do I expect from the whole experience.
Anyhow, everything went well I mean we all lived.
The main problem with this place is the customer service. We paid $ 220/​person for Tandem and $ 85/​person in additional for a video. It has been over a month with 5 phone calls and nothing yet. Originally the CD with our video is mailed to us in 1 week. I’ve had other friends who have gotten their video on the same day but waited for 10 minutes (I would’ve of done that!). Now if you don’t have great or even good customer service well pretty soon adiós to your business. Alas we will have to dispute them through our cc company to get a final resolution.
Stay away due to their none existent of customer service.
