Eh. Over priced for what it is. We have been a few times and each time we have the same feeling. Nothing special. The ice cream is good, food is mediocre at best. The last time we went the buns of our burgers were literally just falling apart, my wife finally gave up after a few unsuccessful attempts to eat it.

Back again in more than a decade. Growing up tiger burger, fries and a shake were a real treat. Shakes may be a misnomer because that indicates a viscosity that pours. These don’t, thickest shakes in Utah. The tiger burger is different now but is a legit ½ pound double burger with a nice bun. They use shredded lettuce and your choice of cheese. Comes with fries but not the old skin on fresh cut. Fries still good. It’s still all about the shakes and yes take your time they will freeze your brain. Little less affordable than years past.

Love the ice cream cone and the chicken tenders are great. I won’t say anything about the burgers because I avoid them but I understand others like them so who am I to say other wise.

Love there ice creams have a great variety to select from. Burgers are large and awesome flavor and juicy. My favorite is the tiger burger. simple but we’ll put together.

This is a place I enjoyed going to years ago, but I went last month and it had changed completely. The food is all frozen — nothing fresh. Very overpriced. I bought 2 burgers, a shake and fries and our total was almost $ 30. When they finally brought me my shake it was very melted and dripping down the side of cup onto the table. I didn’t mind at all because it still tasted good, but an employee came up to me with a dirty rag and asked if he could clean it up. I told him I was okay, but thanks for asking. He told me to let him know when I was done so he could come back and clean up the table. I thought i was very odd that I would need to ask him to clean up after me after I left. The food was not good at all, all except for the fresh strawberry shake which was amazing! I would go back for a shake, but not for anything else.

Terrible ice cream, which is weird for a place called Timp Freeze. Food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. Service was also terrible when we were there.

Great burgers, yummy sweet potato fries and delicious onion rings! Dine curbside or inside. All the patrons looked happy and the place was packed! Quick service!

Great burgers! Tastes fresh for a welcome change! Yummy! This is right down the street from our house and I guess we ignore it because of that but we know how fresh these burgers are and sometimes you need an excellent burger!

I have to give Timp Freeze a BIG thumbs up for the fresh strawberry shake! Nearly every bite had big, fresh chunks of strawberries and the consistency and flavor of the ice cream was EXCELLENT, and I am VERY picky having eaten Italian Gelato in Italy for two years. I will go back for another very soon! My wife, son and I had purchased burgers there the week before and noticed a significant improvement in the burgers as well. I think the new owners have made HUGE improvements. Nice outside seating.

The Timp Freeze was a favorite for years when run by the original family. Since the new ownership, the quality degraded quickly. The meat is not good. The buns fall apart. The«shakes» are marginal at best. And the«Tiger Burger» isn’t even close to what I enjoyed from the time I was a child. We were very sad to see the quality go down so quickly. It actually breaks my heart to write this. I REALLY hope they find a way to upgrade their food quality. There are much better burger options in Heber Valley. Try The Junction on Main Street in Heber if you want good food.

A good little burger joint with a lot of history. Scrappy’s is old school wasatch county, and has been around in one incarnation or another for a lot of years. It is what it is. Sometimes, you just need a greasy burger and some salty fries. Scrappys does just that, with good service and decent food. They do a good job with exactly who they are. A-OK.

This place is great! Been here on and off since I was little. Nice to see its still family owned and operated. Food is great, and more fresh than other burger joints in the valley. And whatever you do, don’t pass up on the tiger burger and seasonal peach shake! Yummmmmmmm

We bought a Reece’s Peanut Butter shake and a loaf of «Swiss Bread.» The shake was nice, the bread fresh. They’ve re-done what was an old roadside burger place and have done a good job. It looked like there were only a handful of menu items. Reminded me of the simplicity and feel of In-N-Out Burgers. They had three Samsung monitors they use as a picture menu. I can only imagine the screen burn those poor things must be suffering! Nothing remarkable about the place. It’s one thing to offer little but make it the best rather than offer much and make it mediocre. I get that. My gripe was that there were only 10 – 12 shake flavors. maybe 15? No, less than 15. Iceberg has what, 50? I realize not every roadside burger joint can be an Iceberg. It looked like they do dipped cones in multiple flavors… Sorry I don’t have much more to say. It’s a pleasant little place. It’s simple and easy.

We took the fam. They didn’t have a kid’s meal option so we had to improvise. Not a major problem but a little inconvenient and the kids didn’t get their drink and fries :-\ –probably better for their health. The cost is slightly more than your typical fast food joint and I can’t say that I walked away satisfied. I had the grilled chicken sandwich on focaccia bread which I thought would be quite yummy but the bread was… floury(for lack of a better word). The kids did love the ice cream cones with the plastic animals — reminiscent of yesteryear. All in all it was an okay experience but can’t say I’d go again.

Greasy fish and chips but tasty. Any burger joint is «the best burger and shake in the world!!» when you’ve been driving for hours.

This is a small burger joint that I went to as a kid but has been closed for years. It’s up and running again after a complete remodel. The special is their«Tiger Burger», which frankly used to be a lot better and now it’s just«eh». Their fries are pretty good and they also have sweet potato fries that aren’t bad either. The reason this place has three stars instead of 1 or 2– the service was great! The owner was super friendly and gave us samples of their frozen soft serve sorbet to try. This was no small endeavor because there were about 12 of us. And… we all bought the sorbet. It’s really really good. It was raspberry pomegrante when we went and it was perfect. *I recommend two things– if you just want the sorbet get it dipped in chocolate. It’s like a frozen raspberry truffle of deliciousness. I also recommend getting the sorbet twisted with vanilla soft serve. It mellows out the tart sorbet and makes it creamy. MOSTIMPORTANTLY: the cones come with those little plastic monkeys and/or mermaids. In short– go for the sorbet and soft serve. It’s a huge cone for $ 1.50 or $ 2 dipped in chocolate. It makes a wonderful treat on a nice drive up around heber and midway.
