I like this ON a lot. It is always clean and tidy! Their customer service is always good when I go there and the employees are helpful. I also like the size of that location, I think it is big and has a good collection.

Not much to rave about here. Sometimes they have good sales, majority of the time they don’t, lines are always long, store is somewhat clean, dressing rooms smells like a boys locker room, poor quality of clothing items = expensive prices, mediocre customer service, ummm… I think the basically sums it up. I only stop by Old Navy during the holidays when I am guaranteed to purchase an item for a decent price.

I was in the store twenty minutes before they closed. The employees were too busy straightening clothes to help me, then they turned the lights off exactly at 9:00 without any announcement. Lousy customer service. Then they pressured me to apply for their credit card, so I guess they had time for that. Really?!

Pretty nice store with a good selection of stuff. I went when there was a huge sale so they had a TON of stuff. The selection always seems to be pretty consistently good at this particular Old Navy, but nothing really screams«special» when compared with all the other ON stores.

Ho hum. The good news is that it’s not in a mall. Strip mall? Yes. But mall full of squealy teenage girls and stroller moms barely past the squealy teenage years? No. So that’s a positive. On the whole, seems to me that Old Navy has lost its edge. Neither as affordable nor as fashionable as it once was. Still a juggernaut in Utah’s fashion scene, but not the toast of the town. This particular store never quite seems tidy. Holidays aside, it’s tolerable. Mid-December it’s a bit torturous, but then again, most places are that time of year. Next to a book store, near the Home Depot and Target. Probably a place you would pop in when shopping elsewhere but it doesn’t show up as a to-do in my schedule book.
