Worst bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with. They will tell you anything they think you want to hear in order to sell you their product.
I have a ’97 Rolls Royce that I needed new speakers for, I was told that they could not do a car of that caliber and they would not install the speakers. I had to pay my Rolls Royce mechanic (certified by Rolls Royce) to install the speakers.
I received an Invoice that was modified to exclude their boilerplate language excluding warranties if they don’t install based on these facts.
The shop refuses to honor any warranty on the speakers.
If you have a high end car or care about your car, big mistake to use these guys!~

Worst service (when they’re open says open at 10am and it’s 10:25am and no one here)… Over priced, major upsell, do not stand by their work, had to bring the car back 4 times and another more expensive amp later the unit worked for a while. Now I’m here for a5th time to see if they will fix it.
Really don’t know how these people are still in business.
Next stop, Better Business Bureau…

I bought a stereo with navigation, and paid for install, 13 months later stereo stopped working, went in to talk to Mike (the owner) he told me they didn’t have time to look at it, but if I wanted to pull the stereo out myself they would look at it. (Right on their counter they have a sign that says if you pull stereo out your self, all warranties and installation warranties are void) so I made an appointment. When I came back at appointment, he decided then to tell me the 1 year warranty was up. They sale garbage, and do not stand behind any of their work. Absolutely ridiculous, I have bought many stereos over the years, never ever had one go out in 1 year. NEVER GO HERE! YOU WILL OVER PAY FOR JUNK!

I went in to purchase a new car stereo. The salesperson started on the price way high and started to bring the price down as we talked to make me think I was getting a good deal. He then advised me it was $ 60 per installation and $ 40 for a car kit. The car kit was $ 12.99 online. The price he ended up with on the stereo was higher than on
. I called his competitor in Salt Lake City and he was able to do the install and the same identical stereo. The price here would’ve been $ 245 including tax. The price I purchased it for was $ 204, including tax somewhere else. If you want to get the runaround this is the place for you. Overall I saved 17% by going somewhere else. The other company gave me the price over the phone without any BS.

I have been going to audio twarehouse sense i was 16 im 22 now im writing this review to tell people mike and his crew is all about there paychecks then customer service. I just recently got my twelve my amp and front and back speakers installed had everything but the wire kit with everything said and dont turned out my back speakers didnt fit and i was still charged for the door panel uninstallment and reinstallment cost me 200 and still no speakers in my back. when i asked if i could do a trade i was told to go to the pawn shop and sell my brand new speakers for a pair of used while all of this is going on im feeling like i was a waste of time and not as important as the rest. i drove five min away to auto audio he imediatley told me mike is a rip off and he could of custom fit the speakers for 35 and reassured me i never be second to anyone that it not bout compensation but satisfaction.

I just recently went here to purchase some parts to add a aftermarket stereo to my car. The salesperson was extremely helpful and also knocked down the pricing on some of the components to 50% off. I’m impressed since its hard to find a car audio place that wont jerk you around.
