Wow! Had a great time tonight at this quaint little club. There is nothing fancy about this place but it is a great place to, not only dance, but bring your family. There were people of all ages there from 8 to 80. Because it is BYOB and no smoking, families come and dance together. There are bands on Saturday nights and piped in music between sets. Even if you don’t dance, this is a great place for people watching. There are dads dancing with daughters, teenagers line dancing to the song«Footloose», two 70 year old sisters dressed alike dancing together and then there are the 80 somethings that are out dancing everyone. This place may not be fancy and they might play more of the old school country music but it gives me hope and a warm feeling knowing that there still is a little piece of Texas country in a tucked away spot in Midlothian.

Great old Texas dancehall!!! Quality live performances every weekend. Hidden treasure out here in the country! Also it’s where Pure Country was filmed. Should be on the list of historic Texas dancehalls!!! Fun place to spend the weekend!!!
