We’ve currently been living here for about 6 weeks. During that time it has taken approx. 30 days to have our air conditioning fixed as it has been working on and off during that time with about 4 days of no service at all, the front gates are open and not working quite often and the power drops out or browns out quite often in our unit.
Pool is nice, neighbors are friendly — I’ll share more in a month or so.
