Arrived early. they had me re-​fill out all my pages of information from blank sheets. I hate doing this. She said it was because they are on a new system and needed newly filled out forms. Not sure why I had to be inconvenienced without even an apology but I obliged. Then I sat in the waiting room until 30 minutes after my appt was to start. No comment from them. no status. no «sorry for the wait». Nothing. Just sat there while the 3 – 4 person desk staff went about their business 10 feet away. Sorry but that’s pretty presumptuous to think I deserved to be left there with no indication as to when I would be seen or even acknowledgement that they are experiencing delays. It was about that time I remembered the same thing happening on a previous visit. So I got up an left without comment or being questioned. Booked another eye doctor from the parking lot. I am disappointed because I did like Dr Bailey but there are choices in today’s market and I am not just a number.

We moved to Virginia and got lucky with our first attempt with a new eye Dr. Scott Bailey is great. Very personable. Talks and treats you like a friend.

This was my first time going to Dr. Bailey. Everywhere I go and someone wears glasses I tell them about Dr. Bailey. He is a great eye Dr. I am so happy I switched to his office. Staff is great every one is so helpful and friendly.

I have no reason not to give him 5 stars. First, I like everyone in the office. They aren’t nice in that overly fake kind of way. They are just nice. They work with you, and help you as much as they possibly can. From appointment scheduling, to getting you rebates on your lenses.
The optometrist. Scott Bailey, is wonderful. Let me just say, that I am a very picky person with anyone in the health care industry. Today he fitted me for contacts. I have an astigmatism and chronically dry eyes. Not only did he let me try two different pairs, but when I had a hard time deciding on which pair, he pulled me into another room to really measure each one for the best possible fit. He spent a lot of extra time working with me on this decision today. On top of that, he always gives me his honest opinion… whether I like it or not, which I truly appreciate. Sometimes I want things, such as Lasik or colored contacts, that aren’t always the best option for my eyes. He has no problem telling me this, but in the nicest way possible. I am also a bit of a germaphobe, and it’s nice working with someone who understands this, being that they are one as well. He always has the cleanest equipment, and setup, which allows me to feel completely at ease during my visits. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know and if you are in need of an eye exam, I urge you to try him out.
