It’s unfortunate good service on the southwest suburbs is far and few between. I have attempted to receive a good service from this particular location numerous times. Today July 3, 2015 at 12 PM I went to Mr. submarine and utilized their drive-through they never are prop with answering their customers in the drive-through area when they are able to respond to the customers awaiting they have a hard time hearing through their buzzer system so they asked customer to come to the window when you arrive at the window they seem as if it’s their first time taking an order or their first day of work it takes well over 10 to15 minutes to receive one single simple sandwich. I will never ever ever patronize this location again they’re not prompt, they have no consideration for the customers precious time, especially during the lunch hour and they have no sense of urgency. Terrible job guys step it up it’s embarrassing!

Stopped in for lunch and ordered a plain salad. Surprisingly for $ 3.99 you get you’re monies worth. Lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers, hard boiled eggs. My co-diners hoagies looked pretty appetizing, and constructed better than other Mr. Sub’s I’ve been to in the past. Plenty of seating inside, and the food comes out pretty quick. Fairly clean too. They’re equipped with a drive-thru in case you’re not interested in getting out of the car. Friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. No complaints from me…

I have been by here a million times. But was afraid of what I would find inside. I shall not judge a book any more. It was spotless and the service was johnny on the spot. I have always chosen the Subster before the below grade chain. Because they have a fryer. Woo Hoo! And I prefer the Kings to the footlongs anyday. I got the king mr. sub with fries and a dr. pepper. They saved my ass from starving by taking Visa.
