Journey Christian Church

I love Journey! They have the friendliest faces and most helpful people around. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed and accepted. They have the best young kids and elementary age ministries I’ve ever seen! Both my girl love church so much.

Journey has been a great find for my family and I after we moved to the Richmond area from South Louisiana. Locating a church was important to us since we had been a part of a church in Lake Charles that had a major impact upon our lives. Journey met the challenge and exceeded our expectations.
Music is solid and well done (as a musician that meant a lot to me). Teaching is well delivered, Biblical, and addresses real topics. Nursery and Children’s areas are well put together and have lots of volunteers. I really have no negative first impressions.
Planning on getting more involved heading into Grouplink this fall, can’t wait to be more of a part of the Journey Family. If you are hunting on the Southside of Richmond for a great church, definitely come to Journey Christian and give it a try!
