I’m not sure why we keep torturing ourselves? We’ve been here quite a few times and I’m not sure if the kitchen staff is surprised that it’s going to be crowded on Saturday night but it takes forever to get food!! The food is spotty the service is never great unless you are sitting at the bar. I think the management needs to reevaluate how they are running things and come up with some better planning.
I do like the fact they had tablets for the kids because of they didn’t the 30 minutes we waited for our food could have been worse. Two stars is generous.

Went once, burger was soggy, but ate it anyway. We thought we would try it again. We both ordered Boneless wings. My breading fell of the meat just by picking it up and it was not tossed in the sauce, it was just poured on top. The sauce tasted good at least. My fiancé wasn’t happy at all. He had the same issues with his breading that I did, he found a hair, and the meat was like rubber. It had a strange gristle in the middle that was unidentafiable and chewy. We sent the food back and we weren’t compensated for his meal, we were just offered more wings of a different flavor. Also, THERE WERE GNATS! The whole thing was gross. The only reason I am goving two stars instead of one is because the service was decent.

Waitress took plates before I was done when I would go to the bathroom and completely screwed up orders and overcharged me by $ 15 which unfortunately went unnoticed after I left. Never going to this location again.

Brand new Wild Wings. Food was as to be expected and service was polite and speedy. They have plenty of TVs for everyone, although the projection screens were dim and could hardly been seen during the day. I would go again

Friendly staff, like the new building, and very good food, but it took about 8 minutes for us to get a server with a very large amount of staff and only a few customers. Service was however fast when we finally asked someone to find us a server. Again great food, mediocre service but the friendly staff makes up for it.

This is a very nice brand new Buffalo Wild Wings. Very large with outdoor seating area as well. My only complaint would be that it can get very loud. I know its a sports bar but I’m talking echoing loud. The warehouse style to the ceiling could use some flags or sound dampening panels to break up the sound reflection a bit.
Still recommend checking the place out!
Note: Also I have never been big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings sauces. They have a few that have rotated through on the monthly sauce of the month thing that I wish they had kept. There are better actual wing places out there in Richmond in my opinion.

I really enjoy this location of BWW. I’ve been here several times since it opened recently. 3 star rating is due to tonight’s experience. I’m almost finished with my meal when we notice a weird smell and saw a cloud of smoke. The group in the booth behind us vaping e-​cigs and billowing clouds! I would have moved, like the family beside us did, if I was not almost finished eating. Smelled absolutely terrible and the server said that it is allowed there. I’ll be back but will definitely ask not to sit near capers next time. Other than tonight’s experience I must say though that this location is better than the others I have visited in the area.

Get the wings. That is what they are known for and that is what they do best. The nacho is good, the sides are good. Don’t go there for salad. Also, their service is EXCELLENT. Smiling, happy, accommodating wait staff and great managers. We held a large party at the Midlothian location on a Friday night and they were so accommodating. It was a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy the evening.

Charged .60 for a side or ranch. That always earns one star from me. I don’t like to be nickel and dimed especially when I’m already spending $ 60 – 70 as a party of five. We ordered drinks, apps, and entrees.
The server was nice. Music was loud. Food was average. The homemade chips were thick, soft like fries, and soggy. I thought ranch would help them taste a little better but I had to pay extra.

Been 4 – 5 times since they opened recently and it’s been great every time so far. Very clean, great service even when very busy, orders correct, and food has always been cooked perfectly. The other sports bar up at Westchester isn’t going to last long with BWW there.
