This is an okay Best Buy. This store was originally a furniture store. It is smaller than most Best Buy locations. Since it is smaller, isles are more narrow and can get crowded during the holiday season, like today on Black Friday. I feel that this Best Buy is more sparse than the other locations. I’ve also noticed that not to many people go here that much either. Usually you can tell if a store is doing well depending on how much traffic there is in the store. I honestly don’t think think this location is doing well. I only go to this location since it is the closest one to my house. I definitely like the Best Buy locations at Chesterfield Towne Center and Short Pump much better.

Kyle is the absolute BEST salesperson EVER! He never makes you feel stupid when you don’t understand something and he’ll explain things as many times as you need him to.
