Was not happy? My husband Jeff orders flowers for me(for 30 years o have only ever received and loved yellow roses) I got the flowers and they looked like weeds I could have picks in my yard! My husband asked me to send him a picture so I did. He asked for yellow roses and I got a bunch of carnations and weeds and it didn’t even have a bow on it!!! He called the shop and they said they would give him a refund. This is fine but the occasion has now been marred by bad customer service from a local business,!! I took the flowers back to the shop and showed them the flowers. The woman who took the order was there and at first said he didn’t ask for yellow roses which is BS. Then after I reiterated that in thirty years of marriage he knows not to order anything else she then said we didn’t have any yellow roses!!! I told her all you had to do was to say I am sorry but we don’t have yellow roses. He would happily have gone elsewhere. She gave him a refund which is all well and good but again the occasion was marred! Shame on their carelessness!!!

I had ordered, through FTD, a bouquet with chocolates for Mother’s Day that was fulfilled through Village Green. My mother had received a very different bouquet and no chocolates. I had attempted to correct the mistake through FTD, they assured me Village Green would deliver the correct items. After speaking with my Mother this morning, she had informed me that the owner of Village Green had called her, was extremely rude and insisted that in order for her to receive her correct gift, she would have to leave work, drive home, pick up the previously delivered flowers and return them. Not only does my mother live an hour from her office, she does not have the ability to leave work as she pleases. More importantly I do not understand why she is charged with the responsibility of returning the already 5 day old flowers; a task that will cost her time and money. The mistake was not her fault, the flowers were intended to be a gift for Mother’s Day, and it is the responsibility of the florist to deliver the correct item in the first place! To say I am extremely dissatisfied would be an understatement. I will not be using FTD or Village Green ever again after their rude and unprofessional treatment toward my Mother on a day that is intended to make her smile.
