Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery today. Was delivered in 30 mins like said, but were not hot. Not even really warm. Had to warm ourselves. Also, with two breadstick orders we got ZERO marinara sauce. Would call, but find it pointless.

Awful delivery service. Took 50 minutes to get 2 pizzas. When we received them the pizzas were undercooked in the middle and were inedible. I had to finish cooking them at home. When I called for a refund they told me I had to bring the pizzas back in. Ridiculous.

We stopped by for a quick lunch. The waiter was nice, but it took a 25 minutes to get two personal pan pizzas. While I was checking out they took my cash and then they walked over and made pizzas without washing their hands! I will never go back! Laura E.

I can’t even barely describe the bad experience we had here! We ordered pick up and was told the pizza would be ready in about 25 minutes. We get there and the place was slammed with barely any staff! The pizza was not ready and staff was not helpful! While waiting and waiting and waiting several people were returning orders that were wrong! An hour and 15 minutes later and after paying the bill which had the correct order on it we left. Lo and behold the order was so wrong it looked like it was the cooks own creation! It also tasted awful! I would have been better off rolling out crescent rolls, using jar pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni slices!

I have always been a Pizza Hut fan, but this location has ALWAYS struggled. If you dine in, it’s okay. The carryout and delivery service is slow and the staff is often overburdened and rude.
