17 bucks for one person is RIDICULOUS. Burger was nothing special, I have paid 5 bucks for a better burger. The environment is neat, with all the planes but def won’t be coming back due to the prices.

If I could give this a zero rating, I would. The heavier set blank woman working there was disrespectful. The manager was snappy and didn’t want to honor her word after discussing our experience. And a Mexican man was all but threatening us on the phone while we were trying to clean up since our visit was such an inconvenience. The food was sub par, the only good thing was the fried food, which let’s agree is very hard to mess up. The pork chops were charred beyond recognition, the«chopped beef» was barbacoa. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely wasn’t worth the fifty dollars that was paid. It was hardly worth ten bucks. This place use to be great back in the day and I’m very upset that it’s gone so far downhill.

Location was great, & a good restaurant is wonderful for this part of town! The historical décor & atmosphere were also wonderful. Sometimes it could get noisy if it was more crowded, but I could usually enjoy a conversation in group, or a good book by myself. I especially liked that this place offered a veggie burger(or was it called a «garden burger»? I confuse those a lot.) on their menu. Something vegetarian-friendly that was good(not too dry). They also served their burgers open-faced, & had a salad bar off to the side where you could add fixings & condiments. Nice!

I got the bacon cheeseburger 1⁄3 lb. and french fries. I really liked the char-broiled taste of the burger. You could choose from several different types of cheese… the cheddar cheese is grated and put on cold and not melted but that wasn’t a big problem; it still tasted good. The noise in here at lunch time is off-the-charts loud. The airplane hangar design amplifies the sounds of people talking and it is almost impossible to hear the person across the table. Fairly loud music was playing but you could barely hear it across the room. It is kind of pricey; the bacon cheeseburger, fries and Dr. Pepper was $ 16 and change. I wouldn’t mind coming here if someone else wants to occasionally but I think if it were up to me I would choose somewhere else.
