First time eating Chinese food in Texas. Pretty spoiled with all the food in California… but this place wasn’t bad. We ordered the dinner for 2 which included a soup, egg rolls, and 2 main dishes: pepper steak and sweet and sour pork, plus we ordered the shrimp with velvet sauce. Everything tasted good. We were the only ones dining in, which we thought was weird for a Saturday nigjt, but at least it was quiet and the service was fast. Will come back again.

Decent Chinese place. Nice little buffet for lunch with everything you’ll need. The booths were pretty worn down and uncomfortable. Not a much try or the best in town but it will do the job in a pinch.

The restaurant was empty for a Friday night. Food was ok, nothing special. They only had one waitress and she seemed kinda crazy. We had a group of 6 and she acted annoyed when we wanted to split the check.

Really good Chinese. Best I found in Midland. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the service could use some improvement. Server was pretty much on her iPhone the entire time. But as far as quality of the food, they do great Chinese.

Let me preface this by saying the person who delivered my food, and the one who took my call were all very nice. But… First, there’s the sticker shock. And order of crab rangoon, orange beef, and one eg roll came out to 25 delivered. That’s about a 6 dollar delivery charge. Pretty steep. Especially since you have to tip on top of that. Given their location very few places are going to be more than ten minutes away. Second, delivery was a little late. Third was the food quality which is where my real gripe is. My egg roll came soggy and pretty flavorless. It was still very hot so I can only assume it wasn’t fried long enough. The crab rangoon should probably get them sued for false advertising. If there’s any crab I never saw it. It’s overstuffed with pure, weirdly runny cream cheese. Rangoon should have nice chunks of Krab and scallions in it. If I wanted fried cheese I would have ordered it. My orange beef wound up being orange chicken that was extremely sweet and not that great. The fried rice has eggs but none of the veggies you’re likely accustomed to. Overall at a total cost of 28 dollars for a mediocre meal that I would have felt robbed paying 12 dollars for… don’t have them deliver. If you’re curious eat in, but save yourself ten dollars.

I think giving this place 1 star might be on the little high end. Here was my experience– Service: Extremely lacking. I put in a to-go order 30 minutes in advance, showed up at the restaurant ONTIME, and there was no staff to be seen. Since this was 7PM, I figured it would be prime time! Nope– I waited around for about 5 minutes before an employee showed up at the front. She then informed me that my order was delayed because they ran out of fried rice. I have a couple problems with this: 1. I didn’t order friend rice(I ordered steamed white) 2. Even if I did, how long does it take to prepare fried rice? I waited around another 20 minutes before my order arrived. 50 minutes to prepare a single order is very excessive! Food: Awful. The consistency of everything I tried was very mushy and didn’t have much flavor. The hot and sour soup was unlike anything I’ve ever tried. Price: For what you get(crap), the price is way on the high end. I would expect to pay in the $ 5 range(it is slightly worse than MSG-laden mall food that’s been sitting out all afternoon) Like most of my reviews, maybe my standards are a little high since I’m used to my favorites in Houston. However, this place is just dreadful. Stay far away!

I haven’t had Chinese food in many many years as I prefer Korean or Viet, but considering this is Middleofnowhere TX, I had to settle for the next best thing. So here I am, back to Chinese food! However, this place is a pleasant surprise as the food is great, they deliver, and it’s cheap! Most dishes I’ve tried are not overwhelmingly sweet as most Chinese food these days. I honestly don’t want to list and review everything I’ve tried on the menu, which is about 30% so far, but I really have not tried a dish I haven’t liked besides Happy Family(bland and tasteless IMO). I order here on a weekly basis so I’ll try to update this with specifics if anyone is curious.

Please give this place a try! We print their menus at my job and their entrees sounded delicious. this is a sit down place with a lunch buffet on weekdays. My husband and I went to try it a few weeks ago and I was great! I had the Orange Chicken, it had a light orange flavor and wasn’t too sticky and candy-like. Not very many people come and a friend at work that knows the owner says he’s [owner] thinking of closing it down and moving to another city! Come eat here, its good!

We love the food. The service is friendly. I know the décor is worn or old but what matters Is the food!
