Pretty poor customer service. Called to ask about appointments and was told they don’t do them. Asked what I needed done and I explained that it’s a company vehicle part of the fleet program and realistically it would be difficult to leave my work car for 3 days or more. The response was ‘yeah well I have over 75 cars here needing service’. I get it that it’s difficult to staff here in Midland being in management myself but the customer service was poor in how it was communicated. Won’t be taking my vehicle there.

No star. Scheduling appointment online doesn’t mean they can see you. A guy there was very rude and blatantly admitted they’re short staffed and do not take in new customers. Bad bad bad customer service. Never taking my car here.

This place is a bad joke. Called them to make an appointment to recharge my AC. Before I could get a word in, I was told to hold for a minute. 20 mins later, I decided to go to their office and when I walked in the guy at the front was just there chilling and I was still on hold. I told him I had called and showed him my phone(cos I was still on hold). He just dismissed it, and asked why I was calling. I told him I needed to recharge my AC and he said he cNt even look at my car right now and told me to come back in 2 days. I asked him if I could make an appointment but he said I couldn’t. I asked him what I could do, and he said I could drop it off in 2 days and they’ll figure out what’s going on with it and that’ll cost me about $ 200. I tried to explain that I had run my diagnostics already and needed a recharge but he couldn’t be bothered and just dismissed me. Well, I drove down to might wash on loop 250, got awesome service, paid $ 99 for the recharge and even got a free car wash. Firestone is a joke, the owner needs to look into who he employs cos they sure don’t deserve their paycheck.

Worst service ever. These fools broke the lock on my car door and refused to fix it. the guy behind the counter then began to argue with me, narrowly avoiding an altercation. This was after they bent the arm of my windshield wipers to correct the poor quality wipers they installed.
