Totally unprofessional and unreliable. My appointment was confirmed for Saturday and I sat at home waiting. My 2 hour window came and went. I never received a call and nobody rang the doorbell. My neighbor tells me she saw the Blackmon Mooring truck drive up to my house but they never got out. After several calls to the office I received a call back from Andrew who said he knocked on the door an hour prior to my appointment time. He claims he called several times yet he did not leave a voicemail message and I didn’t have any missed calls. He said they had a huge job they were working on and then they had to go back to an appointment that was scheduled BEFORE mine. So does that mean they didn’t show up at that appointment either? He agreed to do it Monday, once again my appointment time came and went. I spoke to Martin and let him know it’s almost 5 and he said they’d be here before 4. He said I told you we would be there before or after 4(so basically all day). Then he called and said they have to reschedule for Wednesday. This was supposed to be done Saturday. Not a good experience, I will find someone else to do it.

My insurance company contracted Blackmon Mooring of Midland after we had a water leak. They came out immediately and cleaned up the water and set up the extraction equipment. The water extraction team was great. They came back day two, removed the fans in the bedroom, but the bathroom still wasn’t dry. Day three, we decided to let the bathroom dry an additional day with one fan and the dehumidifier. After they removed their equipment, it took us calling and our insurance company calling to get them to come back out. They sent the guy with the wrong tools and he wasn’t able to finish the job. Another week or so went by and they didn’t call, so we complained. The general manager called to set up a time to come by. He came and put our carpet back down(after he had to call someone for additional tools), but we had to wait a few more days before they sent a team to clean it. From the day of the leak to the day the carpet was clean was just over 3 weeks. We received our bill finally and they over charged us. They charged us for 3 fans over 3 days in our bedroom, but we only had 3 fans on day one and 1 fan(which was moved to the bathroom) day two. They charged us almost $ 100 to throw away trash that they asked if we wanted them to throw away(but failed to tell us there was a charge). Not to mention this trash would have fit in our trash can… it wasn’t a lot. They also charged us just to bag the trash; yep, another charge. They charged us over $ 30 to move furniture, but we moved it. They charged us for replacing carpet and the pad in our bathroom, which is tile. There were some other issues, but those were the main overages. Then when we complained about the overages, the general manager said that we were being slanderous and argued over the charges. We are meeting him when he gets back from his vacation to go over the charges. Regardless of the outcome, we will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

I hired them to clean my ducts and air conditioner. Would I hire them again? NO. Valentino and crew left the job site without completing the work order. After a complaint, the second crew, Alex, did their job but they are not allowed to remove a few screws to access the interior of the system. They cleaned it on the outside, but it’s the inside that is dirty. I ended up paying someone else to clean the air conditioner properly. BOTTOMLINE: These guys’ procedures are ineffective for cleaning the mechanical unit and cooling coil. If you want them cleaned properly, hire a real a/c company, not these guys.
