this place is no good! so plain no decorations so boring! The place wont last theres no place to park no place to sit and the bartender has no knowledge of drinks. All he does is smoke cigarettes and leave every ten minutes what a disaster!

I really wanted to give it 2 ½ stars but Unilocal wouldn’t let me. It’s a nice clean place, a little small and crowded, but plenty of parking and a friendly if not a little forgetful wait staff. (Had remind them twice and wait 5 minutes for tomatoes for the burger and extra napkins) The burger was a good size with a good bun and very tasty shaves onion chips, but hardly any gorgonzola cheese and bacon that were the Special Legends Burger toppings. It was also well done, although I ordered it medium rare. I almost sent it back, but figured it would take too long and my friends wanted to leave in a timely manner. I specifically mention this because it was rated best burger by that advertisement laden rag 201 magazine. The AB&G and Village have better burgers for now. This establishment however is a more intimate, quieter local bar.
I hope they make it, I’d just like to see them start putting more topping on the burgers and cooking them right.

Went to Legends for my birthday to have some drinks and food with family. The bartend DJ is 100% on it. The burgers was great and so was the service. I think I found a new hangout.

Great pub food but don’t expect much more than that. The bartender made me a Manhattan, but the first one was yellow and the second tasted like a whiskey sour. Sent both back. I had the California chicken sandwich – good but needed tomatoes and/​or lettuce. The fish and chips was soggy. The calamari special in a sweet and spicy garlic sauce was awesome. Would definitely come back.

Brand-​new Sports bar, service was great. Drinks are reasonable, lunch menu was reasonable. Hamburgers would’ve been better if they serve their hamburgers with brioche rolls instead of a defrosted hamburger bun. Food was served warm, would’ve been much better if it was hot. Otherwise it’s a great local pub to go to. I would go there again, but I hope the owners read this review and understand that they can raise the bar here a little bit higher. All that’s needed to do is to serve their food hot, that would be very important. Especially when you order soup with your lunch. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

Excellent burger and French onion soup. Thought the wings could use some more buffalo sauce. Decent selection of beers on tap. Enough TVs to catch a game (and they have the NFL ticket). Overall really nice set up (small but cozy/​hometown feel) and impressed with the food we’ve tried so far. hope they do well!

Great local joint with great bartenders, fine bar food, friendly crowd. Fun place, do not expect gourmet food – this is a macho place with good food and drink.

My husband and I recently visited and were very pleased. Their burgers are as good as Krug’s in Newark and Tierney’s in Montclair. Nice varied menu and DJ the bartender couldn’t have been a nicer guy.

Had lunch it was delicious. The only problem i have is the order took twenty five minutes. Thats a problem for the working class. Like i said the food is very good had the lunch menu. I would recommend this place when you have plenty of time.

Anytime a new bar opens up in town, it’s always very exciting, and legends really ain’t too shabby. They HAVE to do something about the outside. I’m not sure if there are some certain local restrictions in their way but the signage and whole look of the place on the outside looks very uninviring. Friendly advice because the inside looks great! You walk in and it’s a sharp looking local town tavern. But now down the brass tax.
Pros: the menu. I was very very very very impressed with the selection on the menu. Their were a couple of things I was definitely curious in trying. Also the shoe string onion things were addictive as hell. My sandwhich was hufe and not bad. I didnt like the bread but my frineds loved it so to each their own. Great stuff. The inside was very clean and I liked the abundance of tv screens for sporting events.
Cons: the flow of the place is a little crammed. I know you only have so much to work with but I don’t like how the bar is completely cut off from the restaurant part. Not a big deal but I can’t see myself going their for drinks with more than 2 friends. And the only other con is that it’s a tad pricey but not obnoxiously so.

First of all, after the move, the restaurant is way too small, and has less than ten tables. When we got there, we waited an hour to get a table. The food was good, which is the only reason this place is getting two stars. One of the members in our group ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, and plain onions. (This person can’t have sautéed onions) they bring them the burger with sautéed onions, no lettuce not tomato. Then, we wait ten minutes for them to put lettuce and tomato on. When they first started, they were a good restaurant. Now they’re not.

In my opinion this whole place should be beyond ashamed of itself! This place has the ultimate nerve to kick out a famous owner of arturos restaurant and son of an enormous distributor
the lazy guy Chris is such a trashy bartender without any logic he kicked out my friends from the bar for no reason it was definitely not a smart choice bc a lot of people won’t go there anymore!

We just stopped in for a burger & a beer when we walked in we could not believe how nice it was inside! They have great micro brews on tap and the burger was so good ! Definitely will be back!

Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Such great food. The drinks are never a disappointment and even have wine on tap. And even have alcohol you can buy. What more can I say. Bartenders are amazing and so friendly. Place is managed so well… Will definitely be coming back soon!

Excellent burger I ever had, and I’m not a burger eater!
Also my Dad he had the Philly cheese steak, he said is very good!!!

Friendly staff. Awesome drinks. Brand new location. Has packaged goods for sale. This a definite new hot spot you must try.
