We had a large landscaping projects and Jacobsen is one of the premier landscapes in Bergen County. So we contacted them. It took a while until someone returned our call and came out to take a look at our projects. Then they send a carpenter out to assess the situation for a deck. And then, nothing. No call, no follow up, nothing. This is now three months ago and we have yet to hear back from them so we chose another landscaper.
